Just returned from four-day trip to Falmouth, our first time with Jay & Kay's. Could not have gone better! The coach driver, Jim, was excellent, lovely driver, always willing to help and a great guide. Staff at hotel were very nice, bedroom fine although hotel itself seems a bit 'tired'. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in spite of some awful weather!! Thanks to all at Jay & Kay.

I had the pleasure going on my first coach trip with Jay&Kay on 28th September 2024 going to Osborne House Isle of Wright. The driver Paul was entertaining and put everyone at ease straight away. The drive there and back was very good and I felt safe at all times.
Osborne House exceeded all my expectations. One of my bucket list ticked off.
I was supposed to go to the Isle of Wright last year for a week with another coach firm with the main reason was going to Osborne House but unfortunately had to cancel as was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. After surgery and treatment that I happily finished in July this year a friend of mine notice there was a Day Trip to Osborne House with yourselves. I was lucky enough to get a seat on the coach and the rest is history.
I will definitely next year be taking more day trips and other longer trips using Jay&Kay now and can’t wait for your 2025 brochure to come out.

Went on a J&k coach holiday and we was picked up by taxi and taken to our coach where we was greeted by our driver Ollie who took our cases and showed us to our seats, he also drove the coach safely to our holiday destination,on our trips out and back to waiting cabs. He was always smart ,clean and professional.

Great holiday to Sidmouth. Brilliant hotel (Bedford) and loved it's position on the sea front being close to all the shops and cafes. Taxi pickups are great and take all the hassle out of getting to your coach.
Definitely be booking for next year.

We just like to say we are newbies to the coach trips what a fantastic trip to Cumbria . Pick up and drop off was fantasticly organised how luggage was put on the coach for us and always on time .jim the driver was great . We met a lot of new people and will be booking lots more breaks. My sister and I have just returned from our first Jay & Kay coach tour to Birmingham Xmas Market and Cadburys World. Excellent trip. Ollie our friendly professional driver was so helpful and informed us of times of arrival and departure. Good value for money which included all travel expenses, entry fees, food and hotel costs. Booking our next trip asap

Have enjoyed their day excursions. Comfortable coaches.
Always seem to encounter traffic on way back,, good time to take a snooze!
