So far, so good! Found the website online, sent in request and received a phone call and email same day. Two days later have booked the holiday exactly as shown.
Particular compliments to Tejiri, to whom I spoke - she was knowledgeable, patient and had a sense of humour to match my own!!
Looking forward to Bruges in December.

When paying the outstanding balance to our holiday we identified that the cost of the holiday had been reduced. We asked the operator to price match, but was told that we would have to pay the original price at the time of booking. I feel this is totally unfair and will deter us from booking so swiftly in future.
Otherwise the operator was very efficient at taking payment.

Tejiri is an excellent ambassador for your organisation.
Although my initial phone call was not answered for more than 10 minutes she immediately apologised and explained that she had been dealing with another client. The delay was evidently not her fault but perhaps points to an under-manning of your answering system.
Once connected she was a model of efficiency. She was clear and precise in our exchange of information and I felt confident that the booking process had been professionally handled.
This is the first time I have dealt with your organisation but this experience has given me every reason to contact you again in the future.

Hopeless lack of response during Covid 19 problems. Emailed three times, no response so far. Telephone only available at the early stages, unavailable. now. Booked an Alpha trip, they were excellent so all information I gleaned from the Alpha site but I was unable to ask for a refund or transfer of trip because I had to go through this company. I can't get hold of.
