It’s easy to get the normal stuff right, but you can always judge a company on how they solve a problem. I made a mistake booking and event with Hospitalityline and despite their t&cs they was understanding and helped me change the date. Katie Goodhew was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Top stars !

I just wanted to personally thank Katie Goodhew and Dee Mallett for their help in securing tickets for my mums 60th.
I bought the experience through virgin and when I came to use the voucher to book the date needed for my mums 60th it wouldn’t allow me to.
I reached out and they informed me that they didn’t have the date/time I needed as an allocated slot, but as it was an important date they reached out to Mama Mia experience directly and got me the 2 tickets I needed.
I can’t say how much I appreciate their help, as ur Mum only turns 60 once and I was really anxious the plans may fall through after spending a large sum of money on them.
They were in regular contact and went above and beyond to ensure my plan went ahead.

I have been trying to cancel my order as I was double charged which has now been sorted out with the supplier and they were very helpful and gave me advice. I wanted a refund or to change the dates with this website but they said they were not able to do so, and that was all but talking to the other supplier all this website had to do was unfreeze my voucher and recredit so I would be able to get a refund. They never tried to help change the dates or issue a refund.
