Recently returned from our first ski trip without our adult children. The trip was arranged by Nicky from Globally Mine, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Nicky's customer service was top-notch. She was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The advice and personal touch she provided allowed us to pick a holiday that was exactly right for us. The trip itself was fantastic, with great accommodation and seamless logistics. This meant we could relax and enjoy ourselves safe in the knowledge that everything had been taken care of. I will definitely be using Nicky and Globally Mine for all my future holidays—they've earned a loyal customer in me!

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday to Thailand, organised for us by Nicky. She managed to find the perfect accommodation for us, right on the beach in northern Koh Samui. We have fallen in love with the place, the people and the food. There were so many amazing days out, with unforgettable experiences. It really was a holiday of a lifetime.

Our luggage went AWOL for the first few days, and it was comforting to have Nicky on Whatsapp to help.

I will be using Globally Mine for all of our big trips in the future.

I emailed Nicky asking if she would be able to find me return flights to Melbourne in January 2025. She was very efficient and replied quickly with a couple of options. We had a discussion and she then booked and has followed up checking on seats and will send me tickets, etc closer to the time.

Nicky arranged a short break to Barcelona for us with some friends. The whole process was easy from start to finish as Nicky did it all, flights, transfer, hotel etc.
The hotel was amazing and location perfect and the trip could not have gone any better, had a great time.
Nicky’s communication and personal touch made us feel like a valued customer, we will definitely use her again!

I cannot recommend Nicky highly enough!

After spending MANY hours searching for a last minute family holiday Nicky found us the perfect villa in a stunning location in Corfu, including flights, transfers and car hire
and always replied to my queries immediately

The only negative we could find was a couple of rainy days (which apparently is very unusual in September….and obviously beyond her control!!)

Her attention to detail is amazing, even providing Greek inspired cupcakes when dropping off the documentation

I will definitely contact her again for future holidays!
Her destination knowledge is extensive…. and she takes away all that holiday planning stress!
