Booked a family holiday through xpert travel, I found a holiday in Spain and they managed to beat the price and not only that, they managed to get us an extra 2 nights too! We booked with another family and unfortunately wasn’t able to make it, they spoke to the team at xpert travel and they managed to get them a full refund voucher from Jet2!

Denise has helped me plan the holiday part of our wedding and not only helped us, but many of our guests without ever having to get me involved which as a bride to be is an absolute dream! Xpert Travel..over the past 24 months this company has been nothing less than incredible. We hadn't normally used travel agents as like many these days, book direct on line for our holidays. Over 2 years ago we came to Xpert Travel to ask advise on a Transatlantic Cruise, we left very happy after booking this cruise through them. We can not stress how glad we are that we made the decision to book our cruise through this company. When Covid hit & holidays along with the Travel industry closed, these girls worked none stop to help there customers, you name it they went that extra mile.
When the travel industry began to open back up, we booked further holidays through this company, only again to be cancelled! Never once were we left wondering what was happening. They kept us updated & sorted refunds out within weeks. We are finally about to set sail & although this cruise has been challenging to say the least. Had we booked our holidays on line we would have had to deal with all the problems cancelled holidays cause. The last 2yrs has taught us that we will alway book our holidays through a Travel Agent.. They don't just book the holiday for you, they are there for you from start to finish.. Xpert Travel have proved this and will be our holiday agent going forwards. We can not thank them enough for what they have done for us.

The team at Xpert Travel were absolutely outstanding, advising of best flights/ hotel and activities/ events to attend whilst there.
