My wife and I had an unforgettable 14-day trip to Italy, expertly arranged by Bellarome Travel. From start to finish, every detail was meticulously planned, making our experience both seamless and enriching.

The hotels Bellarome selected were absolutely first-rate. Each one was spotless, comfortable, and ideally located, allowing us to easily walk to many of the top attractions. We especially loved our stay at Hotel Villa Pinciana in Rome. Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring a separate sitting area and a private rooftop patio, which added a luxurious touch to our stay.

Bellarome also did an excellent job arranging all our travel logistics. Although we traveled by train, they handled all the transfers to and from the stations, which took the stress out of the process and allowed us to focus on enjoying our journey.

One particularly thoughtful service Bellarome offered was a group WhatsApp chat for customer support. The staff was responsive and incredibly helpful with any issues or questions that came up throughout the two weeks, making us feel well taken care of the entire time.

Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Bellarome Travel for anyone considering a tour of Italy. It was a trip of a lifetime, and we are so grateful for the memories we made.

WOW!!! During the course of planning our (4 in our group) trip to Greece and Italy, we ran across many travel agencies with great reviews. We also ran across Zicasso and decided to reach out to them as well. Our point of contact at Zicasso was Stephen who took down our information including our proposed itinerary along with our personal information. Stephen was fantastic to work with and within a day or two provided us with several travel agencies he determined could meet our needs. One of those agencies was Bellarome Travel. When we first spoke with Mario at Bellarome we were all impressed by his willingness to work within our budget while at the same time providing us with the best travel experience possible. Mario was friendly, courteous, responsive and extremely helpful in putting together our initial itinerary. As we continued to refine our plans, Mario was always available to answer questions and to provide additional guidance and direction. Each time we made adjustments, Bellarome provided us with a new detailed itinerary, in color with links, pictures, etc. In addition to providing us with a formal written itinerary, Mario's team reached out to us each day of our trip via WhatsApp and provided us with an outline of the next day's plans including times, locations, etc. What a great use of WhatsApp - A+ to Mario and Bellarome travel.

Our initial impressions of Mario and Bellarome Travel proved to be well founded once our trip started and we arrived at our initial destination in Athens, Greece. The driver who met us at the Airport was top notch. He was friendly, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. Those characteristics remained true throughout our travel with each driver and guide we met. All were a pleasure to work with. In addition to the people we were in contact with, the hotels and the restaurants included in our trip were outstanding. Clearly Mario has taken the time to put together a great team.

We all highly recommend Mario and Bellarome travel and will be sharing our recommendations with family and with friends.

Bellarome Travel designed an amazing trip to Rome, Naples, Pompeii, and Florence for us. All of our private tour guides and transport drivers were professional and punctual. Our hotel accommodations were first class. The restaurant recommendations allowed us to experience the finest Italian cuisine. I would highly recommend a private cooking class (Italian Food Experience) with Mirella and Stephano Calvelli while visiting Florence! Bellarome is the best!

5 Stars is not enough!! We loved loved our time in Sicily. We have never experienced such a flawless trip from the airport transfers, hotel transfers and excursions and guides. My heart felt gratitude to Fredricka in assisting with the genealogy. She was phenomenal!! We uncovered so much family history. Not only did I see the town and the street he lived on, I also toured the church he was baptized and confirmed in with copies of these. The cherry on top was finding distant cousin. We had the pleasure of traveling with Bellarome for a 14 day trip to Rome and Sicily in May and June of 2024. They were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish and made us feel like VIP clients. Every need was thought of and taken care of for us so we could enjoy and maximize our vacation in Rome and Sicily. The wonderful experiences, comfort and luxury Bellarome curated for our travel was brilliant and we loved every moment of our itinerary. I have used several travel agencies for our vacations, adventures and experiences and Bellarome is at the top of the list of agencies who deliver amazing experiences for their clients. The depth of knowledge of Rome and Sicily, educated guides and incredible drivers and vehicles, and extraordinary itinerary and experiences exceeded our expectations in every way and every moment. The staff at Bellarome was always available for us on Whatapp and took care of our every need, request or change we wanted to make on the ground. It was incredible to have someone behind the scenes adjusting time tables, dinner start times and domestic airline changes for us. This was a huge benefit that allowed us to keep on enjoying our trip to the fullest. All the locations of the boutique resorts we stayed at were incredible and gorgeous and unique. They curated so many special moments and surprises on the trip for us with a private sailboat and homemade lunch on the boat with Federica( a local Sicilian and agent for Bella Rome) we had an incredible time with her. Do yourself a favor and use Bellarome to create a custom travel plan for you and enjoy your trip to the fullest. We were treated and cared for like VIPs and maximized our time in Sicily it was so worth it to see Sicily this way. Before I even got home I was texting and sharing my experiences with family and friends and told everyone they should come to Sicily and use Bellarome for an incredible time in a beautiful country. Several of my friends have put Sicily on their short list of places to visit in the next couple of years after my rave reviews of my travels and BellaRome.

Bellarome helped us plan a family holiday to Rome and Sorrento. It was amazing! All the transport went smoothly, including airport pick up and drop offs and the train from Rome to Naples. Communication from Bellarome was clear and they provided us with all we asked for. Our family tour of the Coliseum was excellent and Hotel Lancelot gave us a large family room from which to base our time in Rome. The skip the line tickets provided for the Vatican were easy to use. Once in Sorrento, Hotel Florida was relaxing and our adjoining rooms gave us all the space we needed. Our family tour to Pompeii and Vesuvius was at just the right pace for us and the lunch at the vineyard was a real highlight of the holiday. I would also recommend the chairlift on Capri - outstanding views. We had an amazing time and I would definitely use this company again.
