Hafsa & David put together the perfect trip to Namibia for me and a group of photographers. Every detail was taken care of from the perfectly located accommodation to meals, tours and permits, so we didn't have to worry about anything just spend ten days photographing this incredible place.

A wonderfully organised trip to Tunisia for an adult family of four made for a very different Christmas, but what good adventures we had!

We thought that Hafsa's personal care and attention and support - both in the planning of our detailed and varied itinerary and throughout our 2,200 km journey around Tunisia - was truly exceptional. She really went above and beyond in terms of service; ; and we are most grateful. It was a most memorable holiday for all of us.

Very well organised. The driver and guide were especially good. Only improvements could have been made -and should have been made- was not having to wait four hours to access hotel rooms after having a night flight. The whole point of having the hotel was to rest after the night flight. Sitting around in a hotel lobby for four hours after a night flight is not funny. Apart from that -all good.

I’ve never used a travel agent when planning any of my holidays in the past. I’m glad my first experience was with Hafsa!

I was planning a surprise honeymoon for my wife to be, and I asked Hafsa for some help. She really took the time to understand our likes & dislikes, holidays we have enjoyed in the past, what I’m looking for in this milestone trip, and my budget. After going back and forth on a few ideas and destinations, we came to the conclusion that Mauritius is the location. Hafsa, then did her research on the best possible package that suited our needs (beach, activities, culture and food) – she recommended we stayed in the North of the island and at one of the Beachcomber resorts. What can I say… we were truly blown away. The trip was better than I expected, the service we received was phenomenal, food was 10/10 and we were looked after every step of the way. Hafsa also checked in with me whilst I was away making sure we were having an amazing time.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Hafsa to anyone looking to book their next holiday. Not only has Hafsa saved me time, she was also cheaper than me going direct which was the icing on the cake.

My partner & I recently got married and wanted to book a special honeymoon to Mauritius to celebrate - Hafsa did an excellent job from start to finish organising everything, whilst always making herself available to contact via email/WhatsApp both before and during our trip if we needed to ask any questions or seek assistance.

We really appreciated how Hafsa took the time to fully understand our priorities for our honeymoon prior to researching our options, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring we had all our boxes ticked. Hafsa contacted us regularly with different options and a full breakdown of what was included, and was always quickly available to discuss each option further if needed.

Having met Hafsa at a local networking event back in early 2020, I knew straight away I would like to use her services when it came to arranging our next holiday and I am very glad we did.

I am not one to leave reviews but I felt like this was necessary. This agency has been nothing but amazing. Hafsa was extremely helpful and kept in contact with me from the beginning of the process, throughout the holiday and till I got back home. I was picky with what hotels I wanted and she was very helpful and accommodating. My children enjoyed istanbul and the resort in Antalya was perfect for us all. There was something for everyone. I look forward to making my dream holidays come to life with you again.

Thank you Hafsa and the ‘all about you team’ for organising a relaxing short break.

We didn’t want to be too far from home as we only had a short amount of time to be away, for personal and business reasons. We love the North Norfolk coast so set you a challenge to look for somewhere suitable. You suggested Cromer. We hadn’t been there before so asked you to see what you could find.

It was lovely to be able to get on with our day-to-day whilst you went ‘short-break shopping’.

You gave us three options which meant we didn’t have to wade through loads of options. The places you suggested all looked good, but one stood out.

Our stay at The Cromer Country Club was ideal. We had our own studio to relax in, with all the onsite facilities we might need but with the flexibility to eat out if we wanted to. The walk in and out of Cromer was lovely. The town offered great eating out opportunities with interesting places to visit.

Whilst we only had three days away, we did return suitably relaxed.
