We were on the sunset dolphin watching cruise and had a great time. The crew was very nice and accommodating. We saw some dolphins. Many of them were a distance from the boat, but the crew was quick to point them out. We were lucky enough to have a few come closer to the boat towards the end. The captain also provided info on the lighthouses and other sites. The sunset was beautiful. I would definitely book another tour if I vacation in the area again.

What a truly fantastic experience on our Cape Water Tours and Taxi. Our group purchased tickets for the Best of Both Worlds River and Bay Evening cruise. The adventure didn’t disappoint us and the two tour guide were wonderful. They were very engaging with all of the attendees. As well as took many pictures of you and your spouse, partner or group.
The sunset we saw was beautiful. I know they have no control over how beautiful the sunset is but they do control your time out there. They were in no rush to get back to the dock. The guides made sure everyone had the time they needed to enjoy the cruise.
I have also done the tour - East End Lighthouse. Again this was an outstanding tour.
I would highly recommend any tour they have to offer.

We had a fantastic journey up to Milton and back! The captain and his mate transported us smoothly & safely, while heightening our experience with many insightful geographic and historical details, as we passed points of interest along the route. He was able to answer any questions the passengers had. Their patience was impressive also, as many of us constantly shifted positions back and forth from Starboard to port, bow to stern snapping pics ?

The Cape Water tour was a pleasant surprise for me. I had not tried any of the water tours or cruises in our local area opting instead to do some out-of-state when vacationing. Both my husband and I said this is something we could do a few times per year, even as a day date or trying the Sunset Cruise for a date night.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable so you will enjoy your experience. We saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed the beautiful Bay and ocean. Besides, how could we not love time out on the water or any place that helps you appreciate nature even more!

Cape Water Tours is very accommodating and a great experience. We go on the sunset cruise every time we come to Lewes, which is at least 2-3 times a summer/Fall season. We send our married children out on the cruise anytime they’re with us so they can have a romantic date night. Captain Mike and his 1st mate, Joe are very knowledgeable, kind and funny. They are very informative about the dolphins, the lighthouse, and everything we see along the way, and back. They make the cruise very enjoyable along with all the sights and sounds. We experience The most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. My husband and I never get tired of going out on the sunset cruise! We are going to try other excursions with cape water tours in the near future. They are So relaxing! Just a very nice night out in Lewes and along the canal out to the Bay. I can’t say enough about how much we love it and look forward to the next time we go.

We recently booked the Cape Water Taxi for a company event and it was such a great time! The two captains on board were helpful, friendly, and informative, sharing information about sights and answering all of our questions! Our guests onboard enjoyed the two hour cruise through the canals and rivers! Ultimately, it was an extremely successful and fun event and we can’t thank CWT enough for all their help leading up to the event and for a wonderful time on the day of. We will absolutely book this for another company event in the future!

This sunset cruise was fantastic! We’ve recently moved to Lewes and had friends visiting from New York - we all had a great time and the scenery was beautiful! The captains were so friendly and really focused on making a great experience for their passengers. Looking forward to booking again. Totally worth it!

It was my first time taking the tour and it was a fantastic experience. Mike, the captain, as a matter of fact the whole crew, couldn’t have been nicer. The views were spectacular and the whole experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend doing this . Great thing to do with visitors.
