Shannon is AMAZING!!! She was so unbelievably helpful and definitely knows the ins and outs of all things Disney! She answered every question I had, scheduled all of our dining reservations and extras and took that stress off my shoulders! Shannon was so wonderful in helping plan our trip. She was able to secure all our reservations for the parks and character dining. The itinerary was very inclusive and appreciated the little tricks she included. The pre zoom meeting was helpful also in reviewing and teaching us how to use the genie plus and lighting lanes. While we were there we realized the frozen sing along was closed the date we were at hollywood studies so we had to swap 2 of our park reservations and dining reservations at 10pm for the next day, Shannon was amazing and was able to get this swapped for us. She was fantastic prior to and during the trip! Thank you Shannon for helping make our trip easy!!! Will definitely be coming back to you for our next trip! I highly recommend Shannon for anyone looking for help. She is so knowledgeable and extremely flexible. She makes the planning process so smooth.

We just got back from our wonderful Disney World vacation and couldn’t have done it without Shannon! She answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. She arranged everything starting with our pickup/drop off at the airport, our resort, and dinning reservations. She sent us our whole itinerary with tips and tricks, favorite rides, places to eat, and even which lightning lanes we should book first thing each day. Our trip went so smoothly and I can’t imagine planning it on our own! We will definitely have Shannon help us again the next time we go!
