Wow this tour was fascinating! Have lived in Norwich for all of my 45 years and never knew what was hidden beneath my feet. Our guide Max was very knowledgeable and a great guide. I’d recommend this tour to visitors and Norwich folk alike.

The tour was fantastic and informative worth the money and Recomend to any one into history of Norwich or any one who like to get into a fantastic area and have a tour into history.. Just mind your head! . Wow the lady who guided our group was very good and love to say thank you..

Very interesting tour of what was the ponds shoe shop. Great to learn about the history of Norwich castle how the hidden street came about. Fantastic that a bit of the medieval streets has been saved. Shame that the city council haven't saved more.

What an absolutely brilliant history tour. So informative and learnt a lot about the history of Norwich and about trades in earlier centuries. Our guide Max brought it to life and was passionate and enthusiastic. I can't recommend the tour we did enough and it was so good that we will be back to try out others. It's also so good to know that the money from the tours is invested back into the community hub. Such a worthwhile cause and I love the fact that they are actively investing in finding out more about the history of the building and area, investing in restoration and preserving those little bits of history that tell a tale for future generations. Can't wait to go on our next tour. Loved it.

Great tours for a wonderful cause. Tour guide Max was brilliant. I did two tours today (there are about 7 to choose from) and learnt so much about Norwich! The hidden street tour is one of only two that doesn’t have full disabled access although manageable with a walking stick. Good hand rails down stairs, mostly even flooring and somewhere to sit mid tour the Marble Hall tour is fully accessible just let them know ahead. This building is absolutely breath taking and a jewel in Norwich’s crown. I had a wonderful day, worth every penny and the booking support was wonderful ?

We had a really enjoyable tour. Came as a group of friends not really knowing what to expect.
It was only about an hour but our guide absolutely made the tour. She was very engaging, knowledgeable and had great little stories to add to the experience (really sorry as can't remember her name it started with a B I think) We came out the other end a bit disorientated from the twists and turns and little wiser on Norwich's history. Fully recommend!

Our visit was last night and it was AWESOME!

Lisa was our host and the detail of all the past history of Norwich, the Shoebox and Mr James Pond was staggering, makes you think what else has gone on all over those years! Amazing and keep up the great work!
