Was going to leave one ? just to wind Dan up!!!
Top skipper, been fishing with Dan for years, always tries his best to put you on the fish, no matter what the fuel cost, and them beastly engines sup some fuel!!!
Makes a mean cuppa, and offers a bring ya own bacon service.
Have a great season chap, keep practicing the fish dance!!

If you’re looking for a fantastic day fishing With a Quality skipper then Look no further Dan is your man to be out on the boat with. I have been out with Dan on many occasions and all I can say is he puts you right on the fish. The atmosphere is great on the boat who ever your out with it can be a family event or people you don’t even know jokes and laughter all day long. Top days fishing ?

Dan and the crew are absolutely sensational, great day whatsoever the weather . His knowledge of the waters is key to ensure that those rods get bending . You Never really know what you’ll see or pull up on the rods and have often been in the company of passing seals , gannets diving on fish and chances of dolphins swimming by . Can’t wait to get back out with these lads again , the 4 hours and shorter trips are brilliant for any experienced person wanting to give boat fishing a try plus the option of longer trips and sharks for the more experienced fisherman or lady .

Absolutely fantastic trips. Been out several times and each time caught a variety of species. Both Dan and Archie are really friendly and helpful even when I kept getting caught on the bottom!! Complete novice so needed a lot of help and they are very patient. Want to try the Tuna or Shark next.

Been out several times with Daniel hawkins the skipper of real deal and always been put on the fish. From wreck fishing to shark fishing. I've had shark of 225lb and 500lb porbeagle. The man goes above and beyond for his customers. Huge boat plenty of space and great facilities. His tea making skills are also great ?

Been fishing with Dan for years now, its a funny thing - but being out with him on Reel Deal a lot, you forget that its a good thing to let others know why sometimes.

Lets start with Dan.
I have been obsessed with fishing for 35 years, its my therapy 🙂
There are only a handful of boats in the UK that I will happily spend my limited funds on being aboard.
Dan's boat is one of them.
From the first trip to the last, he puts tremendous effort in getting you on the fish.
A lot of skippers either don't know how to find the fish, or don't care enough to try.

Apart from him being a fish magnet - he is one of the funniest,hard working and most helpful skippers you could wish to meet.
That goes a long way to making each trip a real pleasure and why I look forward to every charter, even the odd bad days fishing is made up for with banter, hot coffee and laughter.

Secondly, the boat -
Must be one of the most stable, seaworthy, fast and well equipped boats in the UK.
Always immaculately maintained, state of the art navigation and sonar, 650hp of brand new engines - a flying fishing machine.

I feel blessed we have her and Dan in my little home port, if you are looking for a Charter Boat to book - this is it.

Through the summer holidays, you can book and jump on for mixed/general fishing and catch a plethora of species we have in the Bristol Channel.
If you are looking to book outside of the Summer Holidays, and are after a specific days fishing for Bass, Tope or even UK big game species - give him a ring/message and see what is on offer.

Dan and his crew are without doubt one of the most helpful skippers about. I have had the pleasure of fish on all of his boats and he has every time put us on the fish.
