Donna was absolutely amazing in helping us to find and book our first family holiday abroad to Spain We had the most amazing time and it’s all thanks to her help!

Our son is a full time wheelchair user and we decided it was time to take him and his younger sister on a plane for their first ever holiday abroad. With so much to think about from accessible hotels/resorts to medications on flights, Donna took all this in hand! Nothing was too much trouble and she arranged all the help we would need at the airports. Donna was constantly liaising with hotels about rooms until we understood our options - who would have thought it was so difficult to secure an accessible room in a different country!

Donna provided us with our own little travel bag that included our boarding passes, luggage labels and other necessary documents. The kids loved their luggage labels and were instantly put on their bags.

We highly recommend Donna as she is professional and friendly. The communication from the first point of contact through to when we got home was exceptional! Such care and commitment to ensuring we had a great time!

We will certainly be using her again for our next family adventure abroad!

My 13 year old son (who has crohns and needs assisted help at the airports due to not being able to queue) and I have just returned from a fantastic trip to Tuscany, arranged by Donna at 52 Degrees North.
We flew from
Birmingham to Pisa airport, the help we needed was all in place thanks to Donna. We used the shuttle into Pisa central; this is right outside the airport and only takes 5 minutes; you can buy the tickets on the platform or via Omio app.
We used the hotel situated opposite Pisa train station as our base and travelled by train to Lucca; which took 30 minutes and the beach at Vada; a 45 minute journey. The beach was wonderful; white sand a turquoise sea.
We had a wonderful hotel room and a fabulous holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to contact Donna and 52 Degrees North for our next adventure.

We had an incredible experience with 52 Degrees North Travel! They organised our family holiday to Vietnam and Dubai, and it was amazing. After going on an incredible family holiday to New York that my Dad had booked through Donna, my boyfriend and I had no hesitation in getting in touch when we decided we wanted to go to Canada. Donna once again planned the most amazing once in a lifetime trip to suit our budget and dates.

We travelled to 3 different places in Canada, so we had multiple flights, car hire and hotel bookings. However, we felt so at ease with the travel pack Donna provided and knowing she was only a phone call or message away if we needed anything. It took so much stress off our shoulders! Just wow!
Donna and Matt organised the most fantastic ski holiday for us in beautiful Banff, Canada.
I'd been before but my friend hadn't. I hoped I hadn't oversold it to her with my memories of 20+ years ago, but this trip exceeded even my expectations. ?
I have been used to planning my own trips for many years so it was very relaxing to not have to think about the details.
The travel arrangements went perfectly with good advice re documents and requirements and every step was clearly explained.
The beautiful and perfectly located Caribou Lodge & Spa Hotel that Donna and Matt found for us even had the free ski shuttle bus stopping right outside. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were generous and our room was just great. As well as giving us free use of the 28-person hot tub, the hotel also provided free tickets for the local buses which made collecting the hired skis and boots very simple.
I'm already booking another holiday with Donna and Matt for this year, but I'll also definitely be asking them to help find next year's ski holiday!
Don't do all the work yourself - I thoroughly recommend using 52 Degrees North Travel for any of your trips. ?

Donna and Matt organised our latest trip to Australia and New Zealand, with a stop in Singapore on the way home.. We gave them a brief of places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. They gave us several options to read through and fine tuned the final itinerary to exactly match our wish list.
The trip was everything we could have wished for and Donna even helped when a flight was cancelled due to weather conditions.
The hotels chosen were perfect for us and it was always a comfort knowing Donna and Matt were there to assist when needed.
