Very rude staff. Started shouting at an elderly man who only wanted to post a parcel. Would not recommend

Popped in today to renew my photo driving licence. Very friendly staff, and Sarah made the renewal process quick and easy. She even managed to take a half-decent photo of me. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very good service.

One of the staff members very much let the Post Office down today. Quite unbelievable the way we were spoken too whilst waiting for the Passport Photo machine to print, even though we were complete by 13:30 closing time.
Will certainly be easier to avoid needing any of their counter services and go elsewhere.

whilst the Post Office and staff are brilliant one thing could be improved. i had a card popped through the letter box informing me that i had an item that had insufficient postage and that i should collect and pay at the collection point. my mail is usually delivered after 12 so i jump in the car only to find that the collection point is only open till 10am. it would be so much more useful if the closing time was shown on the card that was put in the letter box. ah well lets try again tomorrow. not the posties fault.

Absolute Joke! Not open as per their hours on the website - nothing on the building to say when they should and shouldn’t be open so they can own and close when they feel like it!! More pay?!?!? Had £100 worth of vouchers stolen from a Royal Mail employee in the post! The parcel collection site is only open for 2 hrs in the morning rendering anybody with a job to be able to collect the item on a Saturday - gov forbid you should have plans on the Saturday - because the item will get returned! They should be ashamed of themselves quite frankly. When they decide to provide a proper service then they should strike - but at the moment I can’t for the life of me fathom why they should receive more pay for a half arsed job.

The staff, all ladies, are great and always helpful. They put up with my dubious sense of humour and give as good as they get. I always enjoy my frequent visits.
