many times we have passed this shop because my wife did all the work of booking cruise holidays, we were in maidstone one day i said to my wife lets pop in and see if they can give us a price of a cruise to the Caribbean as i know its means alot of form filling as we are not that good of filling in forms. so we did go in and was greeted by bev she was excellent very informative and gave us reinsurance thanks bev see you soon.

Very poor customer service. Went in to ask about 2 holidays with a potential spend of over £3k. Was palmed off with 2 brochures and given zero advice. If you know exactly what you want they may be ok, otherwise go somewhere else. Very disappointed indeed.
