Ordered on the 13th of December as it said to order by the 14th for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Still haven't received my order, which was meant to be a present for my daughter, tried to contact them twice to get updates, but I've heard nothing back. Shocking service, all the more disappointing compared to how good they used to be.

29/10/22 Visit the store today But before visiting phoned ahead to ask if I could buy something from there and I was told I could But not at any point was I told they didn't accept cash That in actual fact it was only credit card. Shop window display doesn't say anything about not accepting cash and it doesn't say anything on their website about it. So I asked to speak to a manager I was told a manager wasn't available So I asked when the Manager would be available. sale Assistant Shrugged his shoulders at me and told me that 1 might be available Monday but he didn't seem sure Which really isn't good enough. In spite of the fact that join my interaction with a sale assistant Other customers got involved in my interaction when they really didn't need to it was none of their business. This bit only applies To the 2 individuals that decided to get involved in my private business if it doesn't concern you then Mind your own business. Just like it would be if it was the other way around. I left my details I was told a manager would phone me but if not will update this. 20/11/22 Update on my original post Oh what a surprise I have been totally ignored great customer service. I have a right to make a complaint I don't care how long I have to wait I will make a complaint you won't get away with this. This is an update since my last update I'm still waiting to make a complaint and yet I've been totally ignored oh what a surprise customer service what customer service it's a joke in your own time Bath Rugby 20/4/23

Horrendous service. My son ordered a top 4 weeks ago which still hasn’t arrived. Contact number doesn’t work. Took 7 days for a reply by email to say it’s slowly working its way through the warehouse. There is no warehouse and if there is it must be the size of Montana as it still hasn’t been shipped 5 weeks later!!! Appalling service bordering on theft as they took the money without a problem.

Awful...i placed an order 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since. I have just received an email confirming a refund that I didn't put in for/want. The refund also doesn't include the shipping fee, so I'm still paying for the shipping of nothing!

I've tried contacting them twice and I haven't received any response.

Don't bother buying from here.

I’ve had to return / exchange some items due to size issues (I blame Covid!) but would like to thank the young man who I spoke to on the phone in the Bath Rugby Shop (sorry I didn’t get his name) for his polite, professional and efficient manner in sorting out my query.
Top man I owe you a cider!

Went into the store and saw that everything was 50 percent off, only for the staff member to come over and say, "the kit is going to be the same next year so I'm putting the price back up." She had ample time to do this before we came in but seemed to relish doing it Infront of us. Seemed pretty malicious.

Castore have taken over the running of the shop entirely,
Hopefully in time, they will improve on the gifts and accessories side of things as it's not like it was when Bath rugby,

Attended Bath rugby shop today to potentially buy a club jersey. Couldn’t find the size I needed. Assistant the whole time I was in the shop had his head stuck in his laptop. No hello upon entering or do you need any help. He clearly didn’t give a hoot. Left shop without buying anything. Customer service non existent. At least I saved a few quid. Only wish I could award a minus score.
