Stayed here for 3 nights in December and it was a lovely stay. We were able to check in a little early and service was great. Apartment was very clean and there was free parking and WiFi. Very short walk into town. Could not fault our stay, we will definitely be returning!

Just spent two nights in these apartments, having originally booked a room In The Poplars Guest House. We received a phone call on the morning we were leaving to advise of a booking issue and would we mind staying here instead. We agreed and found the apartments to be absolutely fine. The location, which seems to be a student accommodation area is OK, just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre and similar distance, if a little more strenuous to reach The Cathedral Quarter.||||The appartment is clean, warm, well appointed with everything you need. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and loo. Nicely tiled very clean, Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash is provided. The Massive double bed is as comfy as any we've ever slept in. The Wi-Fi is superfast fibre and The TV has everything including Sky Sports. There is also parking available behind the premises.||||So, it wasn't what we booked, but turned out to be a pretty decent place to stay for our two nights in a superb City.

We stayed here 2 nights and the room had everything you would want for a short stay.||There was plenty of room and the bed was huge and comfortable.||The little kitchen area had everything you need, hob, microwave, fridge etc.||The bathroom was clean and toiletries were included too.||Parking was tight but there was a space reserved.||Contact with the details of key codes etc was fine so we knew the details before arrival.||The room had a little instruction manual for appliances, tv remotes etc with pictures! This was great! ||Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in one of your appartments last night. It was great, everywhere spotless and clean and modern. The bed was lovely and comfortable , tha room was nice and warm on arrival. Would reccomend a stay here to anyone. Thanks for accomadating us at short notice and allowing us a later booking out time. Cant understand how anyone can complain about anything being wrong. Thanks martin

Had a 2night stay at the apartment have say was excellent everything thing you need for a short or long stay The place was clean and modern also with sky tv channels a added bonus. Excellent value for money and a pleasant 10 min walk through the waterside to the city centre will book again next time we visit Lincoln

I stayed for few nights at Lincoln self catering in 2018. I found the owner quite rude and prejudiced. He kept control of the house central heating with himself and was ridden with preconceived notions about customers being able to control their heating needs. I was and my partner were left freezing in the house everyevening evening before the hating cane on. Also I found the place very poor value for money.
