Even though Kimbley IT are an external company, it never feels that way as it feels like they are part of our internal team. They are always happy to answer any questions no matter how silly they might seem and super quick to response which is a bonus when working remotely. Highly recommend Kimbley IT - they have very much restored our faith in IT service providers after some bad experiences. Kimbley IT manage all our IT requirements from anti-virus to phone system. Very knowledgeable but also approachable and don't mind the odd "daft" question. Stand out for us though is their customer service, powered mainly through Live Chat they respond to queries very quickly and resolve most issues there and then. No tickets and hefty wait times. I'd be more than happy to discuss our experience with anyone looking at appointing Kimbley IT, specifically how it works with our cloud based accounting firm.
