Will never use again I paid over £2,000 for a holiday to Agider when we arrived at the hotel, the reception manager told us that our holiday had not been paid
What an embarrassment
We had to pay over £1,000 until Hays paid the bill
Which was not paid until 4 00 the next day
My husband spent hours on the phone at someone at Hays head office trying to get it sorted out.
We had to take a room which was not the one that we. Booked which was a superior room
We got a room looking into a car park
All because Hays didn't not pay the hotel bill
Plus it ruined our 25th anniversary
Absolutely a total disaster

Been using Hayes for a while now. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All the staff are brilliant. Special mention for Julie. Sorted us a very complex holiday with no problems

Unfortunately for me I booked with TUI who were less than useless . I popped into Hays for advice and they were amazing . Will definitely book with them next time .TUI are just awful

All I wanted was 50 USD to pay for a visa for my holiday. The person behind the counter had to get a second person to authorise it and they wouldn't even discuss it without "setting up a profile" and wanting all my details pretty much up to my inside leg ! I ask you !?!? Anyone would think that I was trying to breach EU money laundering regulations ( 10,000 Euros ) not just trying to get 50 Dollars. I refused to give them extensive details and feel like I have been publicly branded a major criminal for trying to obtain 50 Dollars. I have NEVER been so embarrassed or humiliated by a couple of young women for some sort of "power" or authority that has gone massively to their heads. I am guessing that they probably used to work for Thomas Cook. No wonder that it went bankrupt if those two are typical of their staff as I wouldn't go near the power crazy idiots.
