Just back from a 4 night stay in Maple appartment . The appartment is situated on the first floor so there are stairs leading up . There is everything you need in the appartment, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need ,it is very clean and modern , there is a setee and chair which I must say are NOT very comfortable. It is a short walk to the fishing lakes which are very well stocked with some very large carp we also caught Barbel , rudd , roach , and tench my tip is to fish very close in close to the bank and hang on to your rod or pole .There is no resturant or bar on site so the grounds are very calm and tranquil. It's only 10 minuets drive to Burgh le marsh where there is a good selection of bars and resturants, we ate at The Lakes resturant at Sycamore Lakes and also had a take out at the Chinese takeaway in the village I would recommend them both .all in all we had a lovely 4 nights in Maple appartment and loved the peace and tranquility at Sycamore Farm Park .

Extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Sycamore Farm Park. The property did not provide the essential amenities advertised. There was no WiFi, and mobile network did not work inside the caravan , which created serious inconveniences since we needed internet access for work. TV wasn’t working either , and there was no lighting in the park, which made it unsafe to navigate in the dark.

Additionally, we were assured by management that we would receive a refund, only for them to avoid honoring it later. The lack of transparency and poor communication left us feeling misled and frustrated. We chose this location expecting a relaxing stay with basic amenities, but instead, we encountered avoidable stress and disappointment.

I would caution future visitors to confirm the availability of key amenities before booking.

Had a week's fishing break. Both lakes a stuffed with fish and the surroundings are well kept. Great accommodation, nice and quiet and only 10 minutes away from Skegness.
Looking forward to going back next year.

Lovely site ! We arrived for our 2 night stay with our tourer , we were shown to the pitch and was shown the toilet block etc . Very tidy site not as big as I thought, the fishing ponds are lovely so next visit hubby will be bringing his fishing tackle. I can understand how people say the bins can smell . It wasn't the height of summer, and i agree they smell a little now, so in the heat, they would be worse. Maybe pressure washing them would help . Toilets were very warm and clean, but again, it wasn't the height of the season, so I'm not sure how they would be when busy.

This holiday park was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a lakeside lodge which was simply stunning. We actually didn't see the rest of the park except for reception as we could fish right from the side of the lodge and the views of the lake were better than watching the tv in the evening. Reception were fantastic and extremely helpful. There was a lack of wifi which didn't really effect us but it was waiting to be replaced/upgraded. We loved our lodge, the views and the great fishing. This is a great quiet site and we already want to go back!!

Touring Caravan pitch. Site is lovely, clean and staff and people very pleasant.
On a negative site is very smelly due to drains. Showers flooded toilets so paddling in dirty water to shower or go loo.
Why parents allow kids to have the security barrier code is beyond me, up and down all day and evening. Riding scooters, playing football near brand new caravans. Parents have no control or care what they are doing. Laundrette taps put on by kids and left on. Spoilt our break and sorry to say would not book there again.
