Beautiful place. Scenic, serene, abundant in wildlife. Historic items to be seen. Amazing beach area that is under conservation order .

Only loses a star as unless you go when the visitors centre is open there are no toilets.

Wonderful, peaceful place to visit. Great walk for dogs, on lead obviously. Cafe serves lovely food, freshly prepared. Only criticism, dogs not allowed in cafe and in the event of rain there is no sheltered area you can eat with them.

If your looking for a place to take in some nature and beach stroll then this is the place. Can also brag about traveling to Gibraltar, it's where I told the wife we were going for the summer and forgot the Skegness part. It's great for Bird watching and it was much quieter than the hustle of the beach further up at Skegness.

Probably my favourite place to go for a walk in Skegness. Plenty of parking and great disabled access to the cafe. It also has really good toilet facilities and the cafe is great value for money. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in skegness.

If you're interested in wildlife this place should be on your list when in the local area. There's a cafe and toilets with a choice of 2 carparks available. Educational with some beautiful views and wildlife.

Visited with a wheelchair when the Sun was shining, and the paths were relatively dry, we took a circular route, (see photo of route ) starting and finishing at the visitor centre.
The south marsh road is excellent for wheelchair/pushchairs, also the path running alongside the hides, at Tennyson’s Sands, we went into Harvey’s hide, with good access.
From Harvey’s hide, we were treated to a Bird spectacular, we spotted, Avocets, Spoonbills, Black Tailed Godwits, being the best, and also a Muntjac Deer.
The food and coffee, were excellent, the staff friendly and informative (asked about accessible route).
Car parking, excellent two blue badge spaces. (Payable)
My personal opinion, is that the Dune path will not be accessible in wet conditions.
Well worth a visit, for Bird Watching, walking, peace and tranquility.

Been going to this place for 50 years now but have not been since the visitor center and Cafe have been built. It's still a beautiful place to go for a walk and make sure you take your binoculars to catch sight of the basking seals if your are lucky. Very friendly staff at Cafe with lovely coffee and cakes. Parking is reasonable to at £2 for 2 hours , £5 for the day,!

Sand dunes have made the beach nearly impassable and there was a certain smell of sewage that couldn't be ignored and made the beach walking feel both dangerous and unhygienic. Also a lot of ragwort, otherwise a great nature reserve for all the family and the visitor centre is superb
