An excellent place to stay. Clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay.Ideal base to explore Lincolnshire. Janet is a lovely woman who goes out of her way to help. We will miss these cottages if they are sold, unless someone keeps them operational . Thanks Janet for all the times that we have spent there.

These little cottages need a ton of money throwing at them to reach the standards people expect nowadays. They're a good size & could look stunning. We made the best of our 3 nights.
The owner recently lost her husband and is clearly struggling with the burden of running a home and servicing four cottages and quite honestly I'm not surprised I would struggle at my age!
The owner is lovely, she is accommodating and clearly loves her home! When the time comes I hope someone takes this on as a massive project & does this lady & her late husband proud.

Basic, comfortable cottage. Has everything you need. Beautiful quiet location to come back to after a busy day out and about. A lovely spacious lawn at the front of the cottages. A couple of swings. Behind the cottages is a meadow where cows graze. Peaceful and relaxing. The cottages are all ground floor level, making them wheelchair accessible. A delightful base. The owner is a charming lady who is there if you need anything, other than that she gives you a cheery wave and lets you holiday in peace. Lovely time had by all.

Excellent location, 4 pubs and shops in easy walking distance, all pubs dog friendly too.our host was lovely and left flowers,chocs and wine as a welcome pack, this is our second visit in 3 months
