We stayed in the Poppy Premier lodge right on the edge of the lake. The lodge was immaculate and included all facilities we needed, including a hot tub where we could enjoy the beautiful view. The site is very well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very peaceful and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Our two year old absolutely loved feeding the ducks and the donkeys, and had plenty of space and freedom to play and explore safely. The site is a 10 minute drive from Skegness seafront where there is plenty to do with children. We particularly enjoyed the Fairy Dell splash pool, the Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the outdoor swimming pool at the leisure centre. Overall, excellent value for money and we will definitely be returning.

Wonderful. We stayed in the meal house which is the 1 bedroom barn conversion. Where do I start. Everything is of the highest quality with no expense spared. The fine details meant the world. The meal house really is luxurious and the view from the patio doors, stunning. Felt so so relaxed, sitting outside reading a book, or inside watching tv on a huge smart tv. Wifi speed was fantastic, bed was oh so soft, and the huge walk in rainfall shower was so so so good as was the hot tub. The owners were so nice and gave us a tour of the accomodation because we'd never stayed there before. We 100% recommend home farm park and will be coming back.

Originally booked the 4 bedroom Primrose VIP lodge through Hoseasons, then noticed the barns on the website (the barns are under a separate reference with Hoseasons to the lodges) ||We upgraded on arrival to the Parsley, a 5 bedroom stunning barn. ||Downstairs|King with en-suite, 2nd King, main bathroom (freestanding bath and separate shower) huge open plan kitchen, living room, dining table (to seat 10) pool table which was a hit with the kids, cocktail bar stand which was a hit with the parents (!) and double doors onto patio with hot tub.||Upstairs|3 king bedrooms, 2 with en-suite and 1 including a balcony with seating.||The kings beds I believe can also be twins if requested.||The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. More importantly the whole lodge was very clean and just felt like home!||The park is stunning, quiet and about 4 miles from Skegness which is perfect if you don’t want to stay in the heart of it which we didn’t. Reception staff were lovely, nice little shop in reception too for essentials. ||The grounds are well kept and the children enjoyed playing on the fields surrounding the barn.||We will definitely return!!

We stayed In pine 46 caravan owned by Laura Hollingsworth. The accommodation was new & we were only the 2 couple to stay here. Everything was fresh & we had the most enjoyable time. The fishing lake was filled with a good amount of carp & other smaller fish. We would definitely recommend this site. Also if you require food, try the fleece in burgh la Marsh only a short walk away.

The park is clean and tidy. We had a BluebellVIP lodge (number 1) this overlooked the lake and had a hot tub at the side. |The lodge needs some maintenance shades missing from lights, broken toilet seat, hole in the wall but was well equipped. There was no welcome pack as advertised and no instructions on how to work things including the hot tub which was set too high at 42.|Short drive into skegness and lovely restaurant in the village.|The reception is only open until 5pm, which isn't great on check in days if you arrive later and have any questions or issues (they do provide an out of hours contact number)|Lots of geese around the lake and the site has 3 donkeys, elvis, Dixie and Sally. You can feed these with the food bought onsite. Elvis is very greedy

We booked the farmhouse which was a great size for a larger family of 2 adults and 3 children .Easy check in , didn't know about the £200 security deposit , would be better if hoseasons made this more apparent in their terms .I don't have an issue with this but you should be told when booking , apparently it's in the terms and conditions ,I was abruptly told at check in .We were shown our accommodation personally which was a nice touch .The house appeared on arrival to be clean but after a few hours I noticed cobwebs in areas above kitchen cupboards and tvs and bits of food from previous holiday makers in places like raisins under the pool table .I didn't make a fuss as the beds and bathrooms were clean.|Positives -||As we were a detached house it was very quiet ||The hot tub and pool table were fab||Beds were comfy ||Plenty of space and cooking facilities ||The sauna ( not told about this on booking or arrival ,found this by chance .We asked at reception to book this and was told the key would be brought to us at a timeslot , it was not brought so we had to go reception to fetch it ) .They should advertise this as a feature of the stay more clearly .||The onsite ducks and donkeys,my children loved these and brought feed from the shop for them ||Plenty of bathrooms and storage space ||Dressing gowns were a nice touch with using the hot tub ||Nice and peaceful area and great location for local areas ||Negatives ||One member of staff was quite sharp and not very friendly.||For a luxury holiday it would be nice to have a little welcome pack on arrival with a few basics , places I've been before have offered this as standard.||Is a little run down in places in the house , the down stairs WC basin has marks all over it , the seal in the master bathroom shower is black and yellow and needs redoing , needs a refresh painting in some areas quite a few marks .The sofa is ripped underneath and hangs down .Not major issues but would be nicer experience to keep the house abit more maintained .||Still waiting on my deposit refund !!! This is really annoying,I've even called and they said they have released the money yet 6 days later still no refund and it's alot of money .Refunds are normally instant or within 2 days with my bank so not sure why it's taking so long ! ||Would be better if all TVs in the house were smart TVs so could use netflix ,utube etc .||Overall a nice stay , I would probably return as my children enjoyed it and it was a great location .A few little changes and the park could be excellent .

This is my second visit but stayed in Lavender lodge this time. |Pros |Luxury |Each bedroom had an en-suite |Most bedrooms downstairs (ideal for people with mobility issues)|Pool table (ours needed a new black ball though)|2 fridges|Lots of storage space in the kitchen area|Large dining table|Towels and bathrobes provided |Handwash, shower gel, dishwasher tablets provided|Hot tub checked daily|ITV premium on all TVs|Great breakfast at Duck and Drake just down the road||Cons|You can hear the other lodges as the sound proofing isn’t great|Hob isn’t very good and stayed hot when switched off|Couch could do with replacing as makes noises when you sit down |No where to hang things as the hooks on the back of the bathroom doors were broke |Very little storage in the bedrooms

Just had a long weekend there. The lodge was beautiful and clean. The tub was fab too. The location is just beautiful and the Ducks and Geese were a delight. Couldn't ask for more... The park is a short drive to Fantasy Island and Skegness. So as quiet or lively as you want.
