Liked: The site could have been excellent.
The facilities very good. The service pitches were large. The fishing was brilliant. The site was quiet. The pitches were level.

Disliked: The hard standing for awnings was to say the least difficult to put pegs into the solid bricks under the chippings. The grass around the caravans had not been cut, the surrounding trees around the pitches were also in need of a trim. The potholes in the road on site needed some serious attention.

Liked: The owners were really friendly & helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble.
The toilet & shower block was immaculately clean with fresh cut flowers on the vanity unit. The elsan point is the cleanest I've ever seen. We had to double check we had the right place before emptying.
The pitches are a really good size, plenty of space for a motorhome or caravan plus a large awning.
Electric & water hookup are available on every pitch.
The whole site is really peaceful and quiet.

Disliked: Can't find any fault with this place at all.

Excellent touring site with fully serviced pitches large pitches to so you are able to park vehicle on pitch and still plenty of room for awning. Super Clean and modern shower block. Great Fishing. Friendly and helpful staff and season pitch holders. Close to walk to nearby shops in the Village Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Lovely quiet site, mostly seasonal pitches but a few tourers, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Fully serviced pitches, and immaculate toilet block, lovely showers with plenty of hot water. the kids spent hours playing in the park. Great location to explore the area

Disliked: 4G signal is not great, but you can buy the WiFi package which is very reasonable at £20 per week for 4 devices.

Liked: Nice toilet n shower facility's. Tidy site with cottages n lake. Nice cheap pub in village called the guest house. Good drinks n food. Several pubs n takeaways in village. Also visited Gunby Hall n Gardens.

Disliked: The hand dryers didn’t dry your hands and the shower run time from a pressed button was too short.

Fantastic cottage set in lovely quiet location. Large enclosed garden with a summer house type building housing a hot tub. All rooms are spacious, many with ensuite. Lounges are clean & well furnished. Open plan kitchen with all amenities. Highly recommended.
