I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly owe this one to Warda because of her efficient and kind service. I drove all the way from Croydon with my ill mother to the embassy, only to be turned away because of a “missing document.” Feeling helpless, I contacted their Centre and was fortunate enough to speak with Warda. She kindly assured me she could process the application.

When we arrived at their office boom! Warda had the application completed and submitted within half an hour, without any issues. What stood out most was not just her efficiency but her kindness. She spoke both Urdu and English fluently, which helped my mother feel comfortable and fully understand everything something the embassy staff completely lacked, as all we experienced there was rudeness.

It’s refreshing to see someone like Warda representing the good side of Pakistan at this Centre. Yesterday, we received my mother’s NADRA card, Alhamdulillah. Thank you so much, Warda, for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent service

I had a very unpleasant experience at the E-Facilitation centre on 830 Romford Road London E12 5JG. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. Rather than offering any assistance or clear guidance they spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking questions about my application. There was no sense of professionalism or courtesy and basic manners were clearly lacking. One staff member even rolled Their eyes while I was speaking- completely unacceptable in any customer-facing service, let alone one dealing with important documentation. I expected a respectful and helpful environment, but instead left feeling frustrated and disrespected. If this is how they treat people on a daily basis , I genuinely don't know how they 're allowed to operate. Avoid this place if you value being treated with basic human decency.

I always process my family’s visas and NADRA cards through this centre. I just received my NADRA card within 3 working days, which shows how efficient their service is. I had a very disappointing experience at the e facilitation centre on Romford Road. A senior staff member behaved in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner which I found to be harassing and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
Such conduct is unacceptable in any public service setting. I urge the management to address this issue seriously and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.

I recently used the E-Facilitation Centre on Romford Road, East London to get NIC cards made for my family, and I had an excellent experience. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and saved us the hassle of travelling all the way to the High Commission.

The staff were very helpful, professional, and clear in guiding us through the application process. I opted for the executive service and received the NIC cards within 10–12 days.
