Do not buy airline tickets or do business from this company. I was scammed out of over £500 for a return flight to Houston. I paid with my credit card for the flight, which I never received. I asked for a refund but to no avail.

Absolutely dreadful company. They have taken £924 for flights leaving in September and today they said they have been cancelled. Checked with airline and they said the flights were never booked or requested. It is now a month before we are due to travel and we have no flights. We are now £924 out of pocket. Maddie (sales rep) was really rude and aggressive. Repeatedly tried to speak to customer relations but they never phone back as promised. No reply from emails sent etc. I have given poor reviews with their feedback saying contact Customer Relations but you can t speak to anyone there nor do they phone you or email you back. Do not use them!

This company are scam artists, as you can see from the negative reviews below.

Wasted hours and hours on the phone to them, and ended up spending an additional £1000, not to mention the stress.

Once a complaint with ABTA started getting actioned, they reacted within a day however I was still £1000 lighter.

Do not use this company!!! They will provide you with a ticket number and booking reference number but they are all just made up numbers. Once you check with the actual airline company to confirm your booking they will not have any record at all of your booking. I am in the process of trying to get this fake company closed down. They are scammers 100%.

Wife and I just got back from Cambodia. John Watson was brilliant from start to finish. He booked the perfect flight itinerary so that we would be travelling the least time and least amount of stop over time. We stayed at six senses which is on a private island and John was extremely diligent in his organisation to make sure that we got the boat at 1pm or we would have had to wait until 4pm for the next boat transfer.

We saw other reviews that said this travel agent is a scam and I even asked John about this prior to booking but he gave me the companies house number, vat number, the atol registration number which put me at ease straight away and I paid the full amount the same night and within 30 minutes he sent the Singapore airlines e ticket and even phoned me back to get me to log in and check that the flights had been confirmed to assure me that he is 100% genuine.

Would definitely recommend using them to book a complete holiday package and will definitely use them again in the future.

Both myself and hubby had an amazing time in our recent vacation in Cambodia, this was through the very helpful agent John. The very first night we called Dial4Travel, John assisted us arranging flights tickets with the least amount of travel flight time and waiting in stops. As we wanted to stay as close as possible to the UNESCO Angkor Wat temple, John suggested many great hotels near to there. Due to this we saved time commuting around many of the Angkor complex temples. To our surprise there were also more interesting places, near to our hotel there was the lovely Botanical Gardens, as well as flowers there was a lot of animals to see such as several peacocks, ostriches, rabbits and golden peasants. Although this place was free, we ensured we brought something from the gift shop as this money can assist to conserve the botanical gardens. Also there was a Killing Fields Siem Reap (Genocide Museum), we learnt about the terrible history Cambodia suffered back in the 1970s. Although quite underdeveloped compared to it's neighbouring countries, the accommodation we stayed at was very safe even at night time.

The main highlight of John's service is his diligence in delivering spot on transfers, specifically for our transfer to Six Senses Krabey Island (private island) which we can only get access to by boat. As this was a 3hr shuttle run service starting at 1pm and our flight arriving at 1pm, John had already booked the premium service so this would cover for the boat to wait until we were onboard, this prevented us a 3hrs wait! Please do not be disheartened with any of the bad reviews as with the experience and incredible service we received, we genuinely believe this agency is not a scam and would recommend to book with them.
