We booked a 12-day Umrah package with Al Khair Travel and were in contact with Umair, who was very polite and helpful throughout the booking process. He arranged everything for us, including flights, hotels, transportation, and even our Umrah visas.

Before traveling, we mentioned that we would share our honest feedback after completing our journey.

Now that we have returned from Umrah, our experience was unfortunately not very good. Only two things were satisfactory: the transportation service and the hotel in Madinah.

The Makkah hotel, however, was disappointing. I had clearly told Umair that we wanted a hotel close to Haram, and he agreed. I even paid extra for this. But when we arrived, the hotel was overcrowded, with a 5–10 minute wait for the lifts, and the room had an unpleasant smell.

Additionally, Umair did not inform us that no meals would be provided on the flights. Had we known, we could have prepared ourselves in advance.

Overall, considering the amount we paid, we are not satisfied with the service. We strongly advise others not to trust them blindly when booking.

I booked a 7-day Umrah package for a family of 4 in peak season ( December). We had a small budget and the agency went out their way to try to accommodate us with multiple needs( dates, flights, hotels, transportation).
There was good communication and the agent responded promptly - within hours we had the whole trip booked).l- booking process was smooth.

When we arrived to Saudi, our hotel on 4-star package was 6-8 min walk from the Kabaa ( with the 4-star package)- they had breakfast included, private transportation company was taking us to and from the airport, between Makkah and Madinah and also to Ziyarats (!)- visited local historical places. The Al Tawqeed Transportation company ( Al Khair partner on ground) was very professional, on time, excellent service!
The Ziyarats definitely lifted the whole experience - strongly recommend to have these historical visits included in your package!
I would recommend Al Khair travel to any of my friends wanting a smooth Umrah.
When we are ready for Hajj, we will be definitely using their services again!

I booked to go Ummrah in October 2024 for 12 days, spending 6 days in Makkah and 6 days in Madinah. I made this booking through Al Khair Travel on the phone where I was connected to Umair. He was a great help to me where he personalised my package suitable to my needs and timing. He catered to specific dates, flights and hotels I wanted and provided me with a 5 star package. This package included Ziyarah for both Makkah and Madinah with a private driver giving us a tour of the locations. The transport for these were already sorted out for me which included airport pick up and drop aswell as transport from Makkah to Madinah which saved me the hassle of dealing with transport in another country.

I stayed in Anjum Hotel in Makkah which was an amazing hotel that was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance to the gate of Majid Al Haram. I stayed in Emaar Royal in Medinah which was about 2 minute walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. Overall my experience was good for my first Ummrah by myself, Umair provided me with various options such as even having a guide for Ummrah which I opted out of as I knew what to do already. Most importantly Umair gave me the best price I could get compared to various other travel agencies, he sorted out everything including the Visa’s. Everything was done electronically where Umair emailed and messaged me the flight, hotel and visa tickets. Inshallah will go again one day.
