Booked a Hen do to go to cappadocia Turkey with this company all I can say is 10/10 for the service absolutely amazing we didn’t need to worry about anything I wouldn’t book with any other travel agent again

Company called the Right Holidays - and indeed they are. I have taken several of their 'packaged' holidays and flight tickets for my family.
Always very pleasant, response to queries were always answered very promptly. Helpful and polite phone manor even when we were changing our flights few times. I highly recommend Right Holidays.

Do not book with this place! Honestly so awful, not only did they overcharge my mum by £50 (taking advantage of people who do not know how to book it online), tell us wrong information about flight times, on top of this they don't bother telling you whether you're flight is refundable or not, conveniently telling you after you book it. And their reason for this is 'we cannot go through all of the rules' and 'all our customers know this', sighing each time I asked a simple question, so rude. I just got off the phone with them and they actually hang up on me which I was so shocked by when I was kindly asking these questions and trying to clarify. The woman ended it with I have a passenger now so you can email me and hangs up without giving me any information. Also, all of their English is terrible so if you don't speak Turkish you have no chance of communicating. Firdevs has also been rude by email as well and not very helpful which was who my mum booked it with. I'm being told that these terms and conditions below are only for the tax of the flight but it says nothing about this. It very clearly states that if I cancel within 1-56 I get 100%. I am being told different things by different staff members so they don't even know their own terms and conditions. I am very disappointed and will never be booking with this agency again.

The staff members here are very unprofessional. Save your time, your breath, these people will have you stressing. They do not listen and the staff members are seriously disrespectful. Considering they want customers and want people to return, their mannerism and behaviour is utterly appalling. Especially the female staff members, claiming they don’t speak English? Makes no sense whatsoever. Save your breath and buy directly from the airline.

We used right holidays to book a group holiday which was done with real ease and confidence. We had support throughout our holiday with easy contact with Arzu hanim. She made our experience fantastic and would use the company again and would highly recommend Arzu hanim for good recommendations and honest help.
