Testimonials

"Debra and colleagues went out of their way to assist me with an urgent post-exposure vaccine after a bat bite in the course of my work, which was incurred in spite of all care and protection. They were extremely responsive, kind, and speedily helped me, including making a call to Public Health England on my behalf and making a swift appointment for me. I am extremely grateful, especially given I was in transit away from my usual doctor and clinic. THANK YOU

Very polite receptionist, everything looked clean and tidy. The lady we spoke to was truthful and showed us the risks and non risks. The clinic even emailed over information on the place we are traveling. Thank you again 😁

I was highly impressed with the exceptional hospitality and service at Exeter Travel Clinic. From the ease of booking the appointment to the smooth and quick blood sample collection, everything was seamless. The phlebotomist was incredibly skilled, and the process was completely painless. What stood out even more was the clinic's affordability. Additionally, the test results were delivered promptly, on the second day after the sample was collected. Both members of staff were warm and welcoming, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

Having left the UK, and eight years since visiting the clinic for travel medications, I made an enquiry to see if any of my records were still available as I am traveling to a country that suggests anti malarial tablets. I couldn’t remember the name of brand I was given, so reached out via email to see if anyone could help me. Within 24 hours, both Debra and Olivia had responded and answered my question. I am so grateful for their assistance. I remember at the time, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend.

Really great travel clinic, consultation before hand was informative but not over whelming and made it easy to decide which vaccines were needed without any pressure from the nurse.

All staff were friendly, welcoming and everything on time with quick appointments . I would highly recommend to anyone travelling.

Fantastic Service. Travelled an hour each time to get to the clinic and it was 100% worth it. So much more affordable than other places and the staff are so helpful in deciding what vaccines and medicines you might need with no consultation fee.

Fantastic experience from initial contact through to the end of the appointment. Queries we had before even booking in were answered quickly and honestly-We were advised our GP may be able to help rather than having to pay… proof that they’re in business for the right reasons!
We took our 4 year old for two vaccines and the experience was second to none, we were well informed and our daughter was treated with extreme care and compassion- she’s still talking about her stickers and plasters! Thank you so much

What a fantastic Clinic! Very good, free advice and consultation not only in regards to vaccinations but also general health issues in remote parts of the world. Doctor running it is well traveled man himself so you can be sure that you are getting first hand and to the point advice. Book early as they are very busy and some vaccinations need time to kick in. You also need some vaccinations done to have your travel insurance valid or to be allowed into some countries (yellow fever). Oh, and you will not find cheaper jabs anywhere close - I've quickly checked. They will also send you to your GP o have any vaccinations which are covered by NHS done "for free" (well, as part of your national health insurance).
