Worst agency i have ever worked for, they have kept wages from me saying i damaged a bollard with my wagon which is a load of bollox, ongoing case against them. Do NOT work for these cowboys. Arrogant isnt the word. See you in court.

So many people say they have issues getting paid from these and the story's are true. Been three weeks for me now, two weeks ago I was told everything had been processed and would hit my bank that day, it didn't. Last week I was told they hadn't been paid of the client (they have) either way aspen wolf still has a responsibility to pay me. At this point they are ignoring my calls and emails. Going to start court proceedings. Shame had high hopes for them.

Fantastic Service, always willing to help, Agencies are slated left right and centre what fails to be spoken about is the fact 9 times out of 10 the temporary worker walks off site, or refuses to do the job they have been put into and walk out and the client don't release funds to the agency so the agency have to pay the worker regardless so they are out of pocket. Anyway excellent agency to work for always go the extra mile for each candidate. Before posting on social media where it is determent to the business, think first there are always two sides to the story. It is easy to slate a business Via social media, I am a firm believer in face to face to resolve any issues....

DO NOT !!!. I repeat DO NOT !!!. sign yourself to this agency at first I thought things were fine they supplied work on a quite regular basis but then the cracks started to appear in the operation you ask for holidays in advance that you are entitled to and find out the following week that you either haven't been paid or they make up some shocking excuse for hours worked saying you are only entitled to percentage of hours even though you do a 40 hr week. I did however secure a full time position with the company that i was assigned to only to find out that the said company had awarded a back-dated pay rise to April of 2023 that I should of received and i have spoken to other colleagues who have had to take court action to solve this matter and others that are still fighting the claim to this date 02/07/24
You can do everything by the book ie a weeks notice and try to be informative but you are less than a pay roll number with this company .
Stay clear if I were you.!!!

By far one of the best agencies in the area, if not Durham. Within 48 hours I was offered a job, working as a forklift driver, after months and months of trying on my own. Staff couldn't be more friendly. Went above and beyond to help me. Wages were paid to me with zero hassle. Any questions I had were answered professionally and quickly. Will 100% use Aspen Wolf again in the future, without any hesitation. If I could give them 6 stars I would have.

Absolutely disgraceful. Left 2 months ago due to permanent contract, still waiting for p45, keep changing payroll companies with no notice, had time where doing payroll in-house with no payslip, nothing declared etc. A whole mess to clear up. Avoid at all costs

Don’t bother. First 2 shifts payment was always on time , however I had to wait for 3 weeks for the payment for my 3rd shift. They tried to say the customer never paid and they’re trying to sort it out , i got in touch with the customer and got told it’s complete bullsh*t and in fact they got overpaid (its not like the biggest haulier in the UK isn’t going to pay some poxy agency). Armed with this information I confronted Cameron (who actually left a positive review on here for the agency he works for) and only then got told the director will pay me my wages out of her own pocket, cute ! Only been in the area a few weeks and Aspen Wolf found me work straight away. They are also going that extra mile to find me long term contract with the company they set me up with . If this happens I will be more than delighted . Very friendly staff Laura and Kirsty in particular have been extremely helpful. Thank you
