Avoid this company! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I lost £120 on equipment that was completely unusable. I paid extra for home delivery, but when the items arrived, they were in terrible condition. The jacket looked like it was 20 years old and was too small. The trousers were unwearable because the zipper was completely ripped out. The gloves were labeled as "new," but the fabric inside was stitched incorrectly, making them impossible to wear.

I had to purchase replacement gear for my son at the last minute before his trip. I reported the issues via voicemail, and they assured me I would receive a refund through text message. I followed up by sending all the necessary information, including paying for return postage again, but I’ve received no response. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I’ve heard nothing.

It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since this company came recommended by a friend. I would not trust them again.
