Skip Eimskip..

I unfortunately arranged to ship my bike from Iceland to the UK with Eimskip and ended up having my bike delayed for a week with no excuse whatsoever other than “an error” in Iceland. Was then requested to conduct the “import” of the bike myself when they were paid for the overall procedure. The bike did not need to be imported as it was UK registered thus I was not just requested to handle a service I had paid for but also to handle a completely erroneous procedures that would have costed me thousands of pounds. The ordeal continued with the bike’s tracker sending moving messages, which means the keys that were attached to the bike securely were moved away from the bike. When I called for an explanation, I was initially advised to speak to another department. I replied that the bike may be stollen as we speak and the reply I got; well we did email the relevant department too with an ironic tone. I am unsure how this company is still operating with such an utterly provocative and essentially non-existent service.
