We rented two e-bikes from Ride Margate and did the entire Viking Coastal Trail with plenty of battery capacity to spare! Jilly was super flexible and accommodating with us, taking the time to show us how to operate the bikes and recommending places to visit in Broadstairs and Ramsgate. Cannot recommend Ride Margate enough!

We went on bike tour with Jilly for my hen party and honestly it was BRILLIANT. Jilly added some extra special touches and we all became slightly obsessed with her energy and aura. Now we all want to "be more jilly". It was great fun and thoroughly recommend!

went for a lovely ride along the viking trail with my brother (maynard), the electric motor made hills a breeze, even had time to stop off at megaspoons (biggest wetherspoons) then carried on to sandwich, a lovely village and came home. 10/10 experience made brilliant by owner jilly.

Had a fabulous ride from Margate to Ramsgate last month. Jilly was so personable, informative and accommodating to our wishes. Bikes were brilliant fun and excellent quality. I cannot recommend this activity enough. It was the perfect way to explore the coastline and spend precious time with my family. Do it - you'll have the best time!!

I highly highly recommend booking a tour with Jilly. The bikes are fab, the scenery incredible, and Jilly herself is an incredible lady who I'd happily go on a bike ride with every day! If you're stuck for something to do in Margate - and even if you're not - I can't think of a better way to spend a morning or afternoon.

Whilst walking we saw a flyer for a 2pm tour, unfortunately we were delayed. I called and spoke to Jilly who said no problem and to come along to the shop. So glad I made that call! A warm welcome awaited, great demonstration on how to use the bikes and Jilly had lots of local knowledge to impart. We even got complimentary water infused with cucumber! The bikes are fab and we enjoyed a cycle along the Viking Trail stopping at various beauty spots on the way and enjoying a refreshment at Broadstairs. This was a fab afternoon and we really enjoyed ourselves . Would highly recommend anyone to do this and can’t thank Jilly enough for being so accompanying and lovely

Great experience with Jilly! She personalized the tour, shared a lot about Margate and Broadstairs through the years, and was just overall amazing company.
