Goodwins Seaview - what a gorgeous spot! Stunning sea views, large, spacious home, very comfortable, modern and well equipped. We had a great stay as a family and wish we could have stayed longer!

Close to fabulous shops and restaurants. Great walks in the area too.
Will definitely return to this lovely spot when next in Kent.

Luna's View is in a wonderful, quiet spot. It offers a relaxing break with lovely views, and a 10-minute walk to a nice beach with a great cafe. But it's still only a short drive from loads of things to do - castles, beaches, and activities for the kids. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Godwin’s View for a couple of nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The property is even more impressive than the images, it’s all very tastefully decorated with added touches from the local community.
Our 4 years old loved running up and down the pebbled and securely enclosed garden.
The flat itself is equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, mugs, a kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
They had a welcome pack with essentials such as teas, coffees, locally sourced toilet paper to name a few.
Alistair, the host, has been extremely helpful.
We made the best memories there and would absolutely go back to Goodwin.

We had the best 3 nights stay here at The Sail in Ramsgate, the view is incredible it’s right on the beach. We got to see the sunset by the harbour and watch the sunrise from the balcony. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is beautiful and everything was clean. The space is so open and decorated wonderfully. Lovely big family table and lots of seating throughout. Underfloor heating I miss already. The bedrooms have so much storage and spacious. The location is perfect, you don’t need to drive. It’s all within close walking distance. Lots of places to eat, it was nice going out everyday for walks along the beach. We would love to come back here especially in the warmer months. Thank you for letting us stay here, it truly is amazing. We appreciated your prompt communication.

These are incredible apartments – if you’ve booked them, you’re lucky!
The view from the living room is outstanding.
The style of the flat is stunning, and it’s very well located.

What I’m especially grateful for: the cleanliness, and all the little touches that make you feel cared for. Everything you might need is there, everything is thoughtfully arranged.

The bed linen and pillows are also extremely comfortable!
Communication with the host deserves 5 stars – quick and pleasant!

Absolutely Gem of a place, right on the beautiful beach, this is a gorgeous apartment equipped with everything including direct access to the beach, the hosts were very good and we loved our stay, we will definitely be returning, check out the gorgeous apartment and views 🥰

Very nice flat! And I loved it at the first sight. Definitely will come again. The landlord replied really quick and timely. Convenient to find everything. Nice view of course! The rose wine is included in the welcome pack! Amazing

We came up for the best 3 nights stay here at The Sail in Ramsgate on Valentine's Day, the view is incredible right on the beachfront from the minute we got to the apartment it was beautiful the apartment had everything you needed for your stay even a welcome pack and was clean, Alistair was wonderful to talk to and great communication when we did need it. The sunset was amazing and watching the sun rise from the balcony in the mornings. The kitchen is beautiful and everything was clean the space is very open plan, Lovely big sized rooms definitely loved the ensuite bathroom and shower, lots of seating. It was really nice looking through the telescope aswell. The fan blowers and Underfloor heating were brilliant. The bedrooms have loads of storage and space, the location is amazing, also had a little beach front cafe/sweet store just down the beach from the apartment with hot food warms drinks, Everything you needed was in close walking distance, Lots of places to eat the town was lovely to explore with all different shops and beautiful buildings, it was lovely going for walks along the beach. Definitely will be beautiful in the summer so hopefully will be back ☺️
