I went on Nash coaches today. I had such an awful experience. The coach arrived 15 minutes late. The driver was all over the place. He struggled to pick up people because he did not where the collection points were. The driver kept looking at his Sat Nav. Once he collected everyone the drivers were changed. The second driver was extremely rude and racist. He only spoke to certain people on the coach. Why go into this profession if you can not mix with others?

Had a trip down to Barry in wales yesterday.
The gentleman who was driving the coach was extremely helpful and overall just a really nice man. Thankyou very much for our trip.

We have been on a few trips with nashes and by far was the best service. We will be booking again in future.

Used nash's twice in August. Very unprofessional. Had us waiting at collection point for almost 30 mins on both occasions. On the second trip we was literally about to go back home when the coach arrived. Met by a driver eventually who did not have a clue where he was going. I put my belt on straight away after seeing his antics while driving down the road looking at the map he has on his lap. This continued all the way to the last collection point. Missing passengers along the way , some were running for the coach. Over the two trips we had I felt the drivers were very rude and obnoxious snapping when you asked them something. Won't be travelling with them again. Avoid!

I cannot recommend Nashcoaches for home-to-school travel. My child has used their service (previously Endeavour Coaches) for three years, but I'm deeply disappointed with our recent experience. In February, they asked for a deposit of £50, but the cost of the ticket wasn't revealed until August. To make matters worse, the ticket price increased by over 15%, which we find unreasonable. To top it off, Nashcoaches are unwilling to return the deposit. It's unfair to ask for a deposit when the price isn't disclosed at the same time. We've discovered that the train for the same period is 34% less expensive, and my child can now travel anywhere locally on any day.

On Monday 11th August 2025 I travelled to Portsmouth with My Father on one of Nash's Coach's and our Drivers name is Troy and I have not travelled on a Coach for many years as I'm not a fan of Public transport plus I'm 6ft 3 and I DONT have much leg room, However I have to give Troy almost top marks and Nash's Coachs for a brilliant service. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating is because we had to wait 30 minutes past our pick up time as the Driver was late to get us to bring us back to Birmingham apart from that all was well. Thanks Troy and Nash's Coaches. Much Respect, Dean.

I've travelled with Nash's Coaches quite a few times over the last 20 years or so, including trips to France & Belgium, which I'm hoping they can bring back. Used them a couple of times during the last fortnight to go to Blackpool and Burnham-On-Sea. Prices were reasonable, both drivers were great, and I will still be using the service again.

Nashs have always been good but dont know what has happened these past few years, they don't go any where new, stopped there long haul trips that was always full, and they have stopped trying, seem to rely on the old customers not sure how many times anyone would want to go Burnham or Weston. I have always recommended Nashs but have stopped now, coaches are not clean and find other people's rubbish between the seats.
