I picked up my new Audi A1 on Saturday and I’m in love. I received absolutely incredible customer service with Laurence from start to finish. With this being my first big upgrade in cars, it was such a pleasure to be reassured he was there every step on the way to answer any questions I needed. It’s so refreshing to meet a down to earth, genuine, young guy, with the aim to help and make women feel more comfortable when purchasing a car. All the small details that complete such a wonderful experience even down to a courtesy call to see how I got on after leaving the garage on my way back to Bristol. I’ve just bought my first (and much longed for) Audi TT from Laurence at So Pretty and simply can not recommend this place enough to all you ladies out there. A fantastic service from start to finish, personally I dread going to a garage forecourt but this was a completely different buying experience. No hard sell, just an unrivalled passion for Lovely, well cared for cars that shines through from Laurence. It’s a wonderful concept and the personal touches make so much difference… from a special little key ring, to helping with the first fuel fill up, and a message the next day asking how my first drive to work went! I mean you just do not get that kind of consideration and after-care anywhere else. I would seriously need to consider buying a car from anyone else now. Not only do I have the shiniest car there ever was, I now have a place I can recommend to all my girlies!

The communication and customer service (even though they were away on holiday) was outstanding. I cannot recommend this garage enough.
