My mother booked FBO Chauffeurs for my husband and myself at the end of our wedding to take us to our honeymoon hotel. She was very impressed with the service. Everything was set out clearly, including details of the car and the price, and emails were dealt with quickly and helpfully. A couple of days beforehand, John contacted my mother to check everything was as planned and kept in touch with her on the day. We very much enjoyed our ride in a beautiful S class Mercedes and John was lovely. We had bottles of water and tissues in the car which were very much appreciated! My mother was particularly pleased with the courtesy text she received to say that we had been safely dropped off at our destination. This was typical of the extra little touches which make FBO Chauffeurs special. Highly recommended.

Bit of an odd review this as haven't actually used FBO, but this is only because of locations. What I can say though, is that John from FBO has been BEYOND helpful in trying to help us find a specific car we want for our wedding. Because of the location FBO engaged their other contacts to try and find someone more local to us, despite the fact that may mean no business for them!

This gesture has been greatly appreciated and I think speaks volumes for the service you must receive with an actual booking! Pretty gutted they are not just that bit more local to us / have the exact car we want, as I would have NO hesitation in going with them. Many thanks John and FBO Chauffers!

We have used this company for airport pick-ups and drop-offs for the last few years and we wouldn’t use anyone else. The service is excellent – the drivers are always on time and provide clear information as to where to meet. Vehicles are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this company.
