The owner of this store was rude and aggressive during a disagreement, and shockingly, 10 days after I paid for the 1st class mail delivery, the mail still hasn’t arrived. This is completely unacceptable — personal issues should never interfere with postal services. I’ve reported him and will never return. Avoid this place if you want to be treated fairly and get reliable service. Now going through the complaint and compensation process.

This is the friendliest, most efficient post office I have ever visited. Yesterday (2.1.25) I went to my local post office in Hampton Wick to post a birthday present to find it closed. I then walked to the Bentall Centre post office. Closed. I then walked to the small post office in Richmond Road. Open! It was, of course, extremely busy but no one minded because the gentleman behind the counter was so kind, apologetic, efficient and professional. I shall go out of my way to visit this post office in future. It's an excellent example of good customer service. Thank you!

I can’t praise this post office more highly. The chap who runs it is exceptionally patient, polite and kind even though they are extremely busy due to the P.O. in the Bentall Centre closing recently.
His wife is also kind and helpful. Their opening times are amazing. I am so grateful that they are my ‘local’. Where else can you post a parcel at 10pm

Messy dirty store.
Exploiting customers by Overcharging you for soft drinks as no prices are displayed anywhere!!

other local shops sell items at the normal price rate it should be. Would advise to shop elsewhere to avoid being ripped off.
