Really interesting house. However, behind it, there’s a river that you can swim in. I suppose the locals go there. Kids have enjoyed it every time we’ve been.

Free to visit and took the opportunity to visit as its a short drive ~30 mins from Old Wardour Castle. The access way is really muddy and hard to reach without boots. Was quiet and I was the only visitor on a weekday 🙂

Lovely place to visit. I went one evening but on a hot summer's day then area is full of people having picnics and swimming in the mill pools.

Amazing find, you can feel the history in the walls and rafters. Fabulous that you can walk in and enjoy this beautiful house and imagine how it was throughout time.
