After a failed attempt to deliver, Royal Mail have retained the money instead of attempting to deliver the next day. I now have a long and arduous process of trying to get it back to the company in order to get my money back.

Used this company to sell Euros. Have been greeted by a member of the team in the waiting room, taken upstairs to their offices where I made myself a free coffee. Lovely building and rooms, very pleasant, clean and calm. Felt very safe and professional atmosphere. All my questions were answered and the money exchange process was complete within 5 minutes. Instantly received the receipt and as I have chosen to receive money on my bank account, the wait will take 1 working day.

I've used CGO for buying and selling dollars. They always have excellent rates for both buy and sell.

Delivery is always next day and secure.

Most recently I sold back dollars at their head office. The pre-checks were smooth as was the meet at their head office to exchange the currency. Great communication and the funds were in my account within the stated time.

Excellent service from Lee and the team, I will definitely use CGO again in the near future.

Well recommended, I arranged a visit to their London Waterloo branch and it was a pleasure to deal with these guys. The online form was a doddle to fill in, did this before I went and they made the exchange for my US dollars straight into my bank account. I'm only going to be using COG from now on considering the ludicrous rates from the high street travel money exchangers.

Ordered travel cash from COG it arrived very fast and by secure Royal Mail post. I’ve used COG multiple times and never had an issue, Always providing the best rates available for your foreign currency’s.
Also provide several updates via email about your order progress and delivery information.
