Bloody expensive - I mean prices jumping from 3 hours to 24 is suggesting nobody ever wants to go out for an afternoon or an evening in London. You can't do much in 3 hours FFS. The reason I gave 4 stars was that the location was convenient, the service efficient and the employee [Krunel] was both personable and empathetic with my situation. Parking my luggage for the night felt almost as expensive as parking a car. I am not complaining that much, at least I didn't have to drag 8kg of work kit around the South Bank. The service is swift, efficient and friendly. Thanks for the chat, Krunel!

Very convenient place for commuterd as it is located nearby Platform 7 of the Victoria Station, but the prices are bit high, as even if you want to book for 7 hrs, you have to pay for the whole 24hrs.

Conveniently located at the Waterloo station next to krispy crème donuts. It is a bit expensive (anything from 3-24 hours is 15 quid), and your bag is scanned. But you pay for the service and our bag was safe.

Great concept and decent prices HOWEVER Jeremy who served me has the worst customer service skills. No greeting, looked bothered by me trying to use the company’s service. A lesson in basic customer care etiquette is overdue. Please don’t snatch customer receipts when they’re handing them to you to collect their luggage. A smile also goes a long way.

Solid and Efficient experience at a convenient location with decent pricing. 10 for 3hrs, 15 for 6hrs and others for half and full days. My selection was for just 3 hours and if you go over they just charge you the next tier as you pay when you return. They may ask how long to determine where in the storage room they will place your luggage.
The staff was helpful and processed my luggage quickly for both drop off and pick up. There were no pleasant exchanges just a deal to be made in and out just how I prefer it. Keep up the great work.

Tourist tip: This place allows you to see 4-5 major landmarks within 3hrs if you're moving and taking pictures.

Easy to find location right by Krispy Kreme and quick and easy to check in and collect but quite pricey for just a few hours of storage for our bag but made walking around when we got food before our train a lot more comfortable as we didn't have to carry our bag around with us. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Refused to store my Evoc bike bag for a couple of hours, due to 'security concerns', and 'because it is inside a train station'.

As opposed to the airport left luggage - who were quite happy to store my Evoc bike bag for 3 days.

store closed for several minutes randomly while we had to wait outside and our train deperature time was coming closer. How is this supposed to be a reliable service if we can't even get our luggage during opening hours.
