Booked 2 flights,then a email cane through to say the flights were pending?
Never had this before,eventually someone phoned to say the flights had gone up and i had to pay extra for them.
I asked for a full refund which i was told would take 48 hours and i may be charged as one of the flights was confirmed.
I insisted on a full refund with no charges.
After saying i was phoning my credit card company and several more wats app messages i was given a full refund.
Beware of using this company

Fabulous Customer Service Experience!
I was put in the unfortunate position of Air Astana cancelling my flight from London to Delhi (via Kazakhstan). It was only at this point did I read the reviews about easemytrip and became nervous. These nerves were put to bed immediately after I spoke with a representative called Edwin Miller. He was absolutely superb in finding a resolution where he was mindful of keeping the costs down and also creating an itinerary where I would be happy with.
I would, without any hesitation, use this firm again, and in particular Edwin himself.
Thank you for your patience and professionalism while I was put in a unnecessary position by an Airline.
Five stars from me!!

I’m writing this with utmost frustration. The booked a flight in India from Easemytrip.co.uk and paid in GBP. I waited until next day and didn’t receive my PNR. So I called both UK and India customer support and they keep pointing it out on each other. Yesterday when I called India number, they said that it’s been escalated and I will get PNR by morning. Today when I called again they said they can’t help and UK department would do. When I called UK number I had to wait on call for 25mins and then they come back to say that the team is working and if they can sort it they will give the booking and PNR and if not then they will refund it. What kind of a solution is that? The flight tickets in these 2days went up by £65. And to get off their responsibility and because they delayed my booking and had to pay from their pockets they said they will refund. I clearly told them to get me the PNR and not the refund which they said ok to but I am still waiting for the PNR and this is the 3rd day since I booked my flights. This is terrible experience I have got with @easemytrip.com and @easemytrip.co.uk. I am so stuck in the middle because of their unprofessional attitude.

Looks like there was a mistake in the confirmed amount between easemytrip and the airlines, but Brandon the customer executive was kind enough to explain and refund the entire amount. Not the best customer experience expected but kudos to Brandon for the support and help?

if i could give zero starts i would. the branch does not even exist and this travel agency lies on their website about prices they do not actually give and a day after they rip off more money from you and the problem is really bad they are proffesional scammers and do not help you at all. they are fraudalent and their customer service is horrendous.

FRAUDSTERS AND PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS. Avoid this travel agency and site at all cost. They have a pattern of extortion, bullying and fraud. They will hold on to your ticket and give excuses and lies that the airline did not confirm your ticket just to extort more money from you. Once you refuse to make any more payments They threaten you with cancellation of your ticket which if you accept the cancellation you will loose a huge amount of initial money you paid for the ticket because they will claim that the airline policy For refund doesn't guarantee full payment refund.
Very rude and badly behaved customer service.
They keep using different email addresses to send emails

Please be careful when you buy tickets from this company, they show a price in their website but they charge different price! I had a bad experience when I brought tickets from this company !
