I have used Perfect Holidays for nealry all off my long haul holidays and have always had exceptional service. We have just returned from Dubai and all travel arrangements and hotel were Perfect.

This is an appalling and extremely unprofessional company.
We booked flights to Japan through them at a cost of over £4,000 which were subsequently cancelled due to Cover-19.
After several calls, an agent told us that we couldn't have a refund but she then spoke to her manager and offered us a refund less "airport taxes"
Three days later we contacted them again and they withdrew the offer of a refund and subsequently denied having told us this.
They have consistently tried to avoid their legally responsibility for issuing a refund and told us that we would have to claim through our travel insurance company. We requested invoices and documentation for our insurance company but were informed that they do not keep any records because after the flight date they get "disappeared from our system"
We had no option at this point but to make a formal complaint to the company. Several weeks later and after sending reminders, we still hadn't received any response so we informed them that we would be reporting them to the Competition and Markets Authority and would also be making a complaint to ABTA.
We were subsequently informed that "we will try again to get a refund for you" and we have since been informed that we can have a refund less £750 "admin fees" that the airline have supposedly deducted from the refund to them. We have asked for proof of the airlines £750 deduction to forward to ABTA.
I would strongly advise against having anything to do with this company and will provide an update as to the eventual outcome.

Had a holiday booked but due to Covid we had to cancel twice. I was dealing with Richard at the time who was a great member of the team. We could of had a refund at the time. Now perfect holidays have been bought out can’t seem to speak to anyone and get fobbed off daily. I just want my refund

After having an amazing experience with perfect holidays for our trip to Florida in 2018 i decided to contact them again to see if they were able to help us create a bespoke West Coast US roadtrip holiday for 2019. As always nothing is any trouble and they worked so hard on helping us create exactly what we wanted.

Mel was fantastic through the whole process giving advice on her own experiences as well as always listening to us. Working together we created an itinerary. Customer service skills are A+++

We have just returned from our trip of a lifetime on which my partner and i become engaged. We can not Thank Perfect Holidays and Mel enough for making this happen, without you guys we wouldn’t have been able to do it. It will be remembered forever.

I highly recommend this company and we for sure will always consider them when we book a holiday.

Quote was perfect but after calling i was told there was no one to process my booking so i agreed to a call back. 24 hours later i finally received my call back.

The woman first read out my quote and immediately started to try selling me extras. The first of which was baggage. She told me there was no baggage on the booking... which i said i have the quote up now and it says 1 hold bag. The woman checked and said oh yes I see that.

Next she told me that the £730 quote didn't have tax so with tax the new amount will be £980. I had the quote up on my screen which said "price includes all taxes and fees". At this point i had lost all trust in your company and said i will contact back after discussing. I immediately decided to just book everything myself for £900 with direct flights.

Very disappointed in the service.

Richard was so helpful - I'd searched for weeks for the best deal for a group booking to New York and Richard managed to take all the stress out of it. He found us a great hotel in Times Square and a great price on the flights - he even rang me back after booking to say he'd found flights from Bristol for only an extra £11 each!! Snapped them up!

Our group had such an amazing trip to NYC and I'll definitely be coming back to Richard to help with booking our American road trip honeymoon for 2019!!

Booked a holiday last year. Due to coronavirus it was cancelled. Two options: full refund, or keep the money and just book again this year. We chose option 2, well they wouldn’t give us our money back unless we pay a cancellation fee for cancelling a holiday we don’t have booked with them.. robbers to the full..

Used to be an excellent company,not now I paid for flights to Orlando they now won't honour the price I paid,an extra £300 per person! Customer service do not reply to emails!and Harry is one of the most rude disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
