I have used Paragon taxis many times with different drivers. Each time the service was efficient, professional and so very personable. I have used their service for full and half day tours and airport shuttles. I highly recommend their services as it will make your travels stress free and enjoyable!

My brother and I recently used Paragon Taxi for a transfer from Southampton Cruise Terminal to LHR after disembarking our cruise on June 26th. Adrian was amazing! We pre-booked the transfer a couple months in advance without any issues. Adrian was so amazing! He arrived a little early and was waiting for us at the terminal and we had no issues. He was also very responsive to communication and easy to talk with. The service he provides is top notch and I highly recommend him. We will definitely use him again on our next trip!

We rode between Heathrow Airport and Southampton Cruise port as well as a return trip at the end of the cruise. Adrian is a wonderful driver. His communication is prompt and he never leaves you questioning if he will be on time and where you can find him in a busy place. A wonderful kind and caring driver and and an excellent company. This is the second time we have ridden with Paragon Taxis when visiting the UK and we will certainly call them again when we return!

I recently used Adrian to take my family, 3 adults and a toddler, from their stay in Romsey (visiting from Canada) back to Heathrow Airport. Adrian is a lovely man and a careful driver. Adrain is extremely professional, I chose Paragon Taxi for a two way trip from Woolwich to Southampton. Adrian offered good advise on the pick up time , hence we were able to skip all the traffic. On the return trip, we planned to meet at 8:30am at cruise terminal. And he was already there, but I forgot where to meet him, he was so kind to park his car aside and walked to meet us. He is truly reliable !
Definitely worths 5 stars and 10/10 , will definitely choose Paragon Taxis again for my next travel.

Called for a work related trip within the hour and the taxi arrived on the dot of the time specified. Friendly driver, clean vehicle. Was very accomodating to facilitate a return trip at short notice.
Overall superb service. I highly recommend Paragon if you are in the Southampton/Baddesley area and need a reliable taxi service.
