If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice I contacted the surgery in January and February regarding UTI and Gynae symptoms. Told tests are fine and in her exact words one nurse advisor told me it must be hormonal. Despite my urine tests repeatedly showing traces of blood and protein. A further two visits to UTC and an ambulance trip and overnight stay in Pinderfields with funnily enough a very bad UTI and I get back in touch with Healthcare First when I have symptoms again asking for referral to urologist. Again declined, sent for a scan on kidneys which show scarring on kidney and cyst on liver the person scanning asked if I had UTI’s as that would cause it. Couple days later I see my results are on the nhs app so I ring a week after the scan as heard nothing from Gp to discuss them and to sort the urology referral i’ve asked for numerous times which scan report now recommends and told they’d already booked me a telephone apt for following week without telling me and it isn’t good enough I want a face to face and to should be as soon as you have results not. week later given i’m also pregnant! Then when I ask for apt today told booking team will likely decline it as it’s routine. Having unexpected kidney damage due to your medical incompetence and you not believing my urinary and gynae symptoms is not routine. To top it off they then text saying they’ve booked me a nurse call back instead after i’d asked for GP….with the same nurse who only two months ago told me my symptoms must just be hormonal and who has also told me this week to do some self help measures such as having a bath or sitting on ice packs. Really?! Naturally I won’t be discussing any scan results with her and she can’t do my urology referral anyway. Absolute shambles of a surgery who I have already had to complain to integrated care board about. If they had their way patients would be left for dead.

went here for my appointment. it was at 2:15. i got there on time. waited till 3:00 for someone too see me. went in for 5-10 minutes and then told it was over. no medication prescribed or anything. they said they "didnt have time to see me" which is absolutely ridiculous. everyone else went in for 20-30. worse experience ever. i need to see the DOCTOR, im in PAIN. god they dont care about patients.

I went down at 8 when it opens could not get an appointment had to wait for a text only for them to tell me to go to chemist went there they couldn't help waiting now for a phone call to see if I can see someone today I have never had a surgery so bad

Requested shingles vaccination @ Ferry bridge. The appointment was rescheduled by Healthcare First THREE times and a FOURTH
rescheduled appointment was made at a COMPLETELY different surgery. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE !.

Excellent service, very impressed with system connect, I submitted a form for my daughter at 2 minutes to 10 and by 10.05 I had a phone call offering me an appointment on the same day. System connect is very easy to use.

This should s 5 star but yesterday I picked my friends prescription as she has cancer and asking others they would just steal her meds so for the past 2 years have.
I couldn't remember the date of birth to pick them up so gave address and she said u have given me the dob before so I was like so u know why I'm here, now I have fibromyalgia and it messes with my memory , so I'm signing the date of yesterday and I don't know what it was and I'm there sweating two mins until she told me then I wrote the address I realised I couldn't write the date properly and so I scribbled it and she says you can't do that and I'm like I cant mentally picture it then I get confused about being confused which frustrated people , this was in front of at least 8 people , I was crying when I walked out

Just had an appointment at 10.10 arrived at 10.05, check in screen out of order, nobody on reception,at 10.25 received a text saying that I had not turned up for my appointment went to reception and knocked on the glass the came to the window and I explained about my appointment she then replied have you checked in I said the check in is down and no one on reception she then said how am to know you are here if you don't check in,not a very nice tone of voice, when I said again about not being able to check in she then accused me of speaking abrupt to her,I then said she started it(very childish) it was a wellbeing appointment took my PSA test I said is that it she replied yes I then left, previous appointments at high st clinic there has been no body in reception and the nurse calls you in

Service was terrible. Walked in and the receptionist didn’t even greet or look up to see if I was ok. The tablet to log in was in the corner out of sight when you walk in, so only noticed it after turning around in frustration without being greeted. I came on time of the appointment yet was still waiting 20 minutes to be seen, despite me being the only person there. Finally, the customer toilet was dirty. The paper towel bin was overflowing and there was sanitary equipment like face masks, left inside the bathroom. This worry’s me if the masks the doctors are wearing are being stored in a dirty customer bathroom, along with gloves etc.
