Update:
Got CasCars instead of tigers..CasCars were quick and got there on time.
Had to get tigers again, due to unable to get CasCars on app and needed to get home quick..I only had tigers app.
Think I got ripped off by the driver..paid more for a normal £8 ride. (Ponty to cas).
CasCars are fully recommended for now on.

Another mention, as a pregnant lady..getting into a taxi filled with old smoke that’s drenched in the seats, air etc..badly toxic to me and my unborn child…had to ask for the window open.
Usually wouldn’t be a problem but ur drivers has to realise there are things that should be svoided. Second hand smoke is toxic whilst in for a few mins to unborns. I was there for a while, thought I’d mention as I had it a couple of times, and saw a man’s review about the smell of smoke.
There are people who can be harmed by this, including pregnant women. Sort it out.
And learn to clean spillages, rather now what to sit on a ripped car seat to an unknown spillage on the floor. Nasty.

Tiger are usually ok. Today bringing my cat home from vets was told by driver put it in boot. I refused and said my cat was not going in boot and have never been asked that before. Told him to go, didn't like his attitude have complained

Absouloute disgusting attitude from the operator and dispatcher. Ask for names to make complaint and nothing was giving. Attitude on phones are disgusting always ask for manager and they fob u off. DO NOT GET TIGER CARS. They also stole a phone and wallet from my mate last night also. Confronted about it they want to ring police. Thief’s and liars

Was in town for 4 nights & used them extensively at different times of day. Really quick service, auto phone call on arrival- better than a text. Wait times minimal. Rarely write reviews, but a really top notch service.

Prices were reasonable, ordered for new years so expected to pay more. One of our friends had pre ordered here too and lives another 5 minutes further yet paid £2 less so a little confused with that. But arrived on time and driver was pleasant so no other complaints

I watched a driver collect my neighbour today. She is elderly and sometimes uses a walking frame. She often uses taxis and some of the drivers don’t even help her with her shopping 😡 This driver got out, gave her his arm for support down the curb, put her walker in the boot for her and asked if she needed help getting into the car. It was lovely to see 😊

Joke of a taxi company avoid avoid avoid. £18 for an 8 minute taxi journey less than three miles. Plenty of other taxi companies local that don't rip you off. Got the same journey back with veezu for £8.70

Taxi driver drove off from outside my house claiming “I’ve taken another job”. (5 mins from taxi called to me being stood outside my house) Lied about timescales was then rude and hung up.

Informed call centre about my loss of income as a result of this selfish drivers decision and the lady (all be it looking after her own - which I understand) answered back, was rude and essentially told me I didn’t know how to read a clock.
