I live 3 hours away from Taunton, but Sean and the team had the car delivered to me for free just so that I could test drive it - with no paperwork and just a small refundable holding fee. It was delivered on time, and Barry the delivery driver was really nice. He said if you don’t like it for any reason, it’s no problem I’ll just drive it back. But I loved it and so did the family. We also got a good deal on the part-ex which Barry drove back to Taunton. Staggeringly good service. Definitely get a car from these guys 😎

We went to Taunton Ford today to organise a new Motability car for my daughter. Holly helped us with this and made things straightforward. We already knew what colour we wanted and Holly went over the specifications of the models that matched our needs.

We had decided to buy the latest version, and Holly explained that there might be a delay. However, she was able to find one already to book.

She completed all the paperwork with a minimum of fuss. The only thing that was needed was the National Insurance number for my daughter, and driving license for any drivers. Plus, the PIP certificate.

♿️ The showroom is wheelchair accessible although there is a slightly raised pavement. There is also a disabled parking space directly opposite the entrance. Note that the doors are not automatic so assistance would be needed to open the doors for wheelchair users. Accessibility could be improved by making the doors automatic.
