I found the company after a Google search, and with all the 5* reviews, I emailed them for a quote for a Umrah trip.

Brother Irfan, from Royal Hajj and Umrah, was always highly responsive and tailored a package for my family that I couldn't beat.

Everything was covered: visas, flights, transfers, car bookings, and hotels. Brother Irfan always answered my questions, and accommodated my requests.

Whilst on the journey and in Saudi, Brother Irfan constantly checked in to see if everything was OK. JazakAllahu Khayran, thank you for your service, and may Allah increase and reward you abundantly.

I Would highly recommend this company as they have been excellent in their communications and have delivered on the service. I travelled for Umrah first time family of 4, Irfan Bhai was recommended to me by my cousin. I contacted through Whatsapp. I told Irfan Bhai what I wanted and he quoted me the price. We stayed from the 18th - 1st March 25, Swissotel Makkah, Irfan Bhai notified me of the vaccine announcement and kept me in the loop of my travel plans. Before arrival to Makkah he contacted me by phone and explained what to do and how to contact the transport manager. We were picked up from the airport and taken to hotel. Irfan bhai stayed in touch through watsapp to ensure that we had arrived safely and checked in. I asked for Kaaba view room and was not disappointed. Although Irfan bhai did recommend not to spend too much money as this is a holy visit I insisted as I have a young child who may not be able to go to the haram as often and can see the Kaaba from the room. Quad room 4 bed, tight room. As the hotel is linked to the Clock Tower it was easy to walk to the haram, and on the way back shopping and food court easy access. Few days before travelling to Madina, we were notified that our original hotel - Emaar Royale had cancelled our booking due to unforeseen circumstance however they had upgraded us to Dar al Hijra Continental Hotel. This was the hotel fault not the travel company fault. I was worried I stayed in touch with Irfan bhai with my train journey and upon arrival to Medina I got my check in details. Once arrived at Dar al Hijra hotel check in was smooth and no problem. Irfan bhai contacted me to make sure I was in our room. Big room with 4 quad bed. 4 minute walk to gate 21 masjid al Nawabi. Irfan bhai contacted to see if I needed help with Rawdah booking. I had booked my slot of the Nusak app 2 weeks prior to travelling. I met a few people out in Medina who did not book their slots in advance and have had problems with availability slots. I live in South Wales and have never met the travel agency, and transaction was completed through online banking, excellent service and helpful and quick response to whatsapp messages.

Myself and my family had a very good experience with royale hajj and umrah alhamdulillah. They made this umrah trip very comfortable and stress free and they were available to answer any queries. The transport and accommodation was very convenient and comfortable, I was also upgraded to a very lovely hotel in madinah free of charge and everything was very well thought out and the hotels were very close to the haram. Alhamdulillah my umrah experience was very memorable and I will definitely be using royal hajj and umrah in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to go to hajj/ umrah.
