Excellent communication and invaluably reliable during the super-stressful process of buying a house!

Any time I had a query, Laura and Will were straight on it - they answered all my queries right away, found information for me when I requested, were a direct source of information for any queries I needed from the seller, about the house, and gave great advice throughout the process.

Having them there, honestly, helped me so much to understand what was going on, and why things may have been taking longer, as well as being experts and hurrying things along for everyone.

With their help, I completed in 3 months flat - whilst people I know buying alongside me have taken twice as long. Albeit, it was chain-free, but I know that their efficiency and communication sped things up by at least 2-4 weeks.

I think it's important to mention, also, that Laura and Will acted as estate agents for the seller - when I was buying the house. So, even though they weren't hired by me directly, they were still always there to help.

I couldn't recommend them more, and I will certainly be using them when I come to sell.
