I’m loving payaca so far! After being locked into a contract with a competitor for a year, I decided to take the plunge, and I’m thrilled I did. I'm a recently self employed heating engineer who chose Payaca after trialing software from several of the other well know providers. This decision has hands down proved to be my best investment so far. The software is simple to use and easy to automate which takes away a massive amount of admin. Invoices, reminders, service certificates, quotes, all incredibly professional looking and I have received numerous comments about this from my customers. Above all else I have been blown away by the level of customer service that I have received. Payaca have invested many hours of their time ensuring that I fully understand how to use their software and helping me to get my new business set up and running smoothly. Fantastic software and very easy to use.
I own a plumbing and heating company and I started using payaca 5 months ago. It's helped grow my business in many ways. It's quoting system is brilliant, you can price different items and let the customer pick and choose whatever they want you to do with the options system. Convert that to invoice and send easy as that. You can receive payments easier with a pay now button which will allow customer to pay without having to set up a bacs payment for convenience, Then we have the 0% finance option that you can attach to a quote. It has a monthly calculator so the customer can see what their monthly payments will be, this is a massive game changer to increase business sales and profit, it also gives you a really professional look, don't dismiss, book a demo, get on board, try it and start seeing your business improvement.

I have been using Payaca for a year now and it is a very good system. I am not of the computer generation so sometimes I do get stuck with programmes and am unable to work out what I need to do, in these instances there is a helpful chat bot that mostly has the answers and if on the few occasions I cannot find the answer you can request a person to help you which doesn’t take long.

Big pluses are it has a way of dealing with bad customers as you get all the information and it is much clearer to you when someone is asking well above what they pay for in time demands & keeps a record so you can see who is messing you about for payments & who really does deserve your time.

For me it actually made me scale back the company as it showed me areas that were costing me to much time for the money I believed I was making from them.

Finally, it isn’t perfect but it works as well or better than any other options. As with anything the more you use the functions within it the more accurate your time to money becomes.

Payaca had been nothing but a great software! Has to be the best one so far, especially that I’m using it in Australia the team have done so much to make sure they responded to all my queries with making adjustments and making sure it’s user friendly.

Highly recommend the software, the team and Ben!
