Fantastic stay! Andrea and Natalie were outstanding and made sure all our needs were met. Our connecting rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great desk and view. Beds and bathrooms were perfect. The food we ordered was delicious and well-priced. Early check-in, convenient parking, and a brilliant location made everything even better. Incredible value, four-star prices with five-star quality. We’ll definitely stay at Leonardo again!||Thank you

Great hotel with clean, spacious and good quality finishes and fittings. Although there was minimal storage. Very quiet as couldn't hear a sound from other guests. Had breakfast and the staff were lovely. And it was enthusiastic to note that this is an equal opportunities employer. Very impressed overall

Absolutely Exceptional – Deserves 5 Stars!
I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Bristol City and was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to every taste.

The staff were fantastic, especially the team at the front reception desk—warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.

My room exceeded expectations, especially when compared to typical UK hotel standards. It was spacious, super clean, and modern, making my stay incredibly comfortable.

In my opinion, this hotel deserves more than 4 stars – it easily feels like a 5-star experience. Everything from the service to the cleanliness was top-notch.

Really lovely stay here. When booking online I had stated that I was coming with my sister to celebration her graduation and anything special was hugely appreciated. When we arrived to the hotel we were told that we had been upgraded to an executive room and then we got to the room there were beautiful balloons all around the room!! And petals on the bed with a card to my sister. Such an unexpected treat, thank you so much Leonardo team 🙂

Jay provided exceptional service during breakfast each morning, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail by remembering our previous day's order and proactively asking if we'd like the same items again. This personal touch made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

Additionally, Valentina delivered an exceptional welcome that immediately set a positive tone for our entire stay. Her warm hospitality created an excellent first impression that lasted throughout our visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed & bedding was super comfortable. Breakfast was included, the choice was extensive...very tasty and set me up for the day. My final note is to an amazing member of staff called Andrea, she was extremely helpful in so many ways! Thankyou, once again. all the other staff members I interacted with had superb guest service skills.
I would love to visit the hotel again one day.

The staff were super friendly and decorated the room for my partners birthday as well as the bed being very comfy so for that I'm happy overall But the TV is not good. No apps or way of casting unless you have a Samsung phone?! So if you want to chilled stay watching movies, this isn't ideal. Only downfall really

I visited with my adult son who is disabled and a wheelchair user. I booked one room but we were provided with an accessible room and a further room for me with an interconnecting door. It was superb; we have never stayed anywhere that offered that and the rooms were lovely and very clean. It made our whole stay very easy and very enjoyable.
